Very comfortable! Very Clean and well equipped kitchen furnished with everything necessary for as much cooking as we wanted to do. Comfortable bed and functional bath. Close to beautiful, wide, and in May mostly empty beach. Walking distance to many good restaurants. We hope to return next spring.

I loved this cottage!!! It was cute, clean & comfortable. A bonus was that I could keep the dog with me - steps to the pet friendly beach. I will be back!

Very comfortable for two people, great location close to historic downtown, restaurants, grocery, and just steps to the beach. The cottage was a fantastic alternative to a small hotel room for about the same price.

All new appliances, countertops, entire place looks new. Great layout. Quite neighborhood. Close to beach and restaurants. Really, really enjoyable place to stay.

This place deserves five stars but I only can give four due to the $500 deposit they require. They ran the $500 my credit card and I had to ask several days later I left for them to return it. Which they did…But I could’ve overlooked it very easily. I’m wary of properties that require large deposits. Overall the place is awesome. Clean and in a very good location, close to the beach I wish I could give it five stars but deposit is prohibitive.

Able to sneak away for a few days before the rush of school activities started. The property was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy our days at the beach and, as always, wonderful dining throughout St. Augustine. Would definitely rent again!

Lovely kitchen and bathroom. The only comment was the couch. It was not too comfortable and hard to get to standing position. ( back issues).

Cottage was better than advertised!! Everything was spotless when we arrived. A welcome package with an area map and coupon books awaited us. Great location on a quiet, dead-end street. Just a one minute walk before you reach the boardwalk, and another minute before you're on the beach. You are also within walking distance to enjoy a meal and a drink (we had a great lunch at Mango Mango's just a few blocks around the corner). The cottage had everything we needed. We were happy to see a Keurig machine so we could keep our normal morning routine. Nice wood deck off the back room to just sit and relax. And our dog was a welcomed guest as well. We had a perfect weekend. We will be back soon.

Beautiful cottage just steps to the ocean! It was very clean and cozy! We loved that our dogs were welcomed and that there was a large yard for them. We will definitely visit again. Thank you :)

My fiance and I stayed for a week during the Labor day weekend. The cottage is perfect for couples and very cleaned with everything you need. The owners Rich and Lauren are very friendly and helpful. We had a great vacation and loved how it's so close to the beach. I would definitely stayed again and will be booking this place the next time we vacation at St Augustine Beach.
