The home is lovely and very well stocked with essentials that make staying there easy. I was able to easily cook a meal and have everything I needed just like at home. It’s nice that you’re right next to a park with a sand volleyball court and a playground. The location was ideal for going to the aquarium and the zoo. There are also plenty of great restaurants close by that you can choose. Jennie was very thoughtful with reaching out while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. I’d highly recommend staying here! We would definitely stay here in the future!

Wonderful place in a neat area of town, so fun to have the park and coffee shops/restaurants so close. Jenny was awesome! She was so accommodating and friendly when we contacted her. The house is lovely and the sound machines/ear plugs were very thoughtful. A nice stay for all! Would highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Jennie’s place during college move-in weekend. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had found our own cozy home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been more ideal. Situated in the beautiful neighborhood of Jefferson Heights, we were surrounded by picturesque streets and charming architecture. It truly felt like a peaceful. The neighborhood itself was a gem. We discovered a plethora of fantastic restaurants and shops within walking distance, making it a great area to explore. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed. The attention to detail was evident throughout the space, and it was clear that the host had put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the living areas were perfect.

My husband, daughter and two of her friends stayed here during freshman orientation at UTChat. It was the perfect location. Very close to campus. Enough room for all of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, convenient to restaurants, attractions, etc. Nice neighborhood and park was a nice bonus. Plenty of space for the 4 of us to spread out, lounging and working. We had everything we needed. Jennie was very responsive, kind and thoughtful throughout and a pleasure to engage with.

The house is very nice, plenty of room for our family of 3 and puppy. The location is close to many Chattanooga attractions and the park across the street is great for pets. The train tracks are right there but the white noise machines took care of that issue.

Very close to lookout mountain, Ruby Falls, the Tennessee aquarium, and downtown. The home was located in a wonderful little neighborhood but there are some industrial looking areas just outside of the neighborhood. The train runs behind the home and it is noticeable but it was not bad. We did not even really use the white noise generators. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone coming to see Chattanooga.

Loved having an easy stay with a park across the street for our little one. Trips downtown were quick with barely any traffic.

We had a wonderful stay in Chattanooga. The house was lovely, and the location was perfect! We used the park across the street multiple times a day. We were able to walk to breakfast and dinner, and it was a short drive to most of our sightseeing destinations. The house was incredibly clean and stocked with all of the essentials. We hope to visit this property again in the future!

Wonderful home, great floor plan and decor. Within walking distance of great food and activities! Our dog loved the park. The train noise was not a surprise as the host is very transparent on what to expect. And you are in Chatanooga! There are trains everywhere.

This is such a beautiful house in a beautiful area! It’s is within walking distance of downtown and is perfect for walking to breweries. This area surrounding the house was well kept and family friendly area. If you are staying in Chattanooga this is the perfect place

Every year we ride bikes and eat something at every restaurant possible. Nice house on the side of Chattanooga we normally don’t see. Plenty of great restaurants.

The home was beautiful and clean. The kids loved the playground and running around the park across from the home. We walked to get coffee and shopped at Poor Taste(very cute vintage shop). Jennie was very easy to communicate with. I could not locate a blender in the home and she had one delivered to the house the next day! Amazing host! Can’t wait to stay here again. We loved the neighborhood and vibe of the area. Very good restaurants. Southside Social was a hit with the fam.

Beautiful home conveniently located to everything. The park across the street makes for a nice place to walk off the great meals you can enjoy at the many great restaurants less than a mile away.

We came to Chattanooga for a long weekend to do some holiday activities with our 3 kids (4, 4 and 1). This property was in a great location with plenty of fun restaurants, breweries and coffee shops within walking distance as well as a great park to run off some energy with our kids. The house was as described and perfect for our group. Jennie even reached out prior to our stay and had picked up a pack and play to keep at the property for guests and it was great to have on hand as it was one less thing for us to pack. We had plenty of room for our family and our sitter joined us for the trip and she had her own space as well. Our older two loved the bunk bed room!

Great location facing Jefferson Heights Park which was super convenient for walking our two small dogs. The neighborhood is very family and dog owner friendly. The house was perfect for our family of five with two adults and three teens. The house does backup directly to a busy rail line, so if you’re a light sleeper or desire a quieter space, this wouldn’t be the rental for you. The owner does provide sound machines in each of the rooms which is helpful to minimize the train noise. The location is very convenient to Southside restaurants and breweries as well as downtown and the Northshore. We definitely would book this rental again.

Amazingly spacious, comfortable, stylish, pet-friendly home - definitely a keeper for future stops over in Chattanooga. Check-in was stress free; communication was exceptional; and location (across from a dog park) was convenient. Truly enjoyed our stay - thank you!

The house was walking distance from several restaurants and breweries. The proximity to the park was great for my toddler and for going on walks. The nearby train tracks didn't bother us at all. All the trains were traveling at low speeds and didn't use their horns. The included white noise machines masked the noise while we were sleeping.

This property served as our bridge between homes as we were selling our house. 100% would recommend. Location is fantastic, house is fantastic, and the communication with Jennie the host was even better. 10/10 would recommend!

I booked this home for my husband and I for his birthday and it didn't disappoint. The location was perfect. It was absolutely close to everything and within walking distance to all the restaurants in the historic district. The neighborhood was great and everyone was so friendly. I felt very safe taking my dog out late at night to potty. The pictures online are exactly what you get. There is a nice park across the street with side walk paths for walking, a play ground and a sand volley ball court. They even have a small community garden. The host was so nice! She made sure keep in touch with me through the VRBO app to make sure everything was perfect. She even left a nice welcoming surprise for my husband's birthday. If you ever plan to be in the Chattanooga area, run to book this home. You will not be disappointed! We will definitely book again when in the area.
