shower was great the bathroom doors could be wiped down just as wells as the walls located by the trash cans.

there was a broken chair in the room we asked to get another one and was told they didn't have another one to switch it out with, it was the only other means of somewhere to sit besides the bed it caused back pain and I had to go to the doctor after leaving .

Breakfast was very nice.

I honestly thought everything was it bad to complain about. It had some weird stains on the walls in the bathroom, but that’s not a surprise for this kind of place. I honestly was impressed with the upgraded shower and the bed was pretty comfortable. It was easy to check in. The breakfast food basic but I didn’t expect more than that.

Didn’t like: The quality of the breakfast was awful . The prepackaged muffins and little donuts tasted horrible and artificial. The coffee was not worth the cup it was in.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close and squeaked with movement. The beds were uncomfortable and the frame was noisy with any movement. The staff were not professional and even said we didn’t pay for the room in the am when we checked out. We paid in cash and had to ask for a receipt in the am after convincing him we paid for our room. Did they really think the previous staff would have given us a key card without paying for the room????

Nothing.

We arrived after midnight, and our room was so dirty! There was a bed bug my husband flushed down the toilet! There was an actual booger on the wash cloth! What the heck! So gross and disgusting. I have asked for a refund, and the manager has been avoiding me.

The place was close to the Interstate, so perfect for a stop on our roadtrip. It was nice that they could accomodate us since we booked last minute.

The person that was working that night called us at 1 am to tell us that our room wasn't available anymore because something happened and they had no one to clean. He told us to look for another stay and cancel ourselves on booking.com. Since I already mentioned during the booking process that we were going to arrive really late, since we were on a roadtrip, we were really pissed and we do understand that this isn't a great time to work. After a ten minute call he told me that he would call me back later. After about 15 minutes he called and said that he could figure it out and that we were welcome to still come. With this in mind we still came since it was definetely to late to find another place. We booked a two Queen size bed room and got a King sized bed room instead which was fine, considering we were really tired and only wanted to sleep. All in all I wouldn't recommend this place to nyone since it was not worth the trouble we went through.

Loved the shower and the fluffy towels. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy.

Not that we needed it, but the room didn't have an iron or ironing board.

I like their shower unit and shampoo / soap dispensers though the soap dispenser didn’t work. Breakfast wasn’t much, just grab and go.

We found out later the soap dispenser wasn’t put back properly. It would be great to double check that it is working before renting out the room.

Never was allowed to reserve a room for my son who was traveling from out of state due to the “no booking within a 40 mile radius “ policy . Ridiculous!! What do people think you’re supposed to do in the event of a funeral, displaced from home due to flood, or any number of things? This caused an undue amount of stress in an already stressful situation. I was also treated rudely when I arrived
