Road noise and needs updating

For a basic motel, it was very well equipped; just ideal for an overnight stay or as a base for daytime excursions. The bed was very comfortable. There was, in addition to air conditioning, which I didn't need to use, an opening window, allowing fresh air into the room.

It took a while for the shower water to become hot.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Good location close to everything.

When the window was closed the room was musty. You could see water damage in the ceiling. The bathroom was really small and the toilet was loose and rocked back and forth when you sat down. I have an allergy to mold. Other than that it was a cozy little spot.

The owner or worker was very very friendly and very nice. I have absolutely no complaints about her at all. She was lovely. The location is exactly where I wanted. The room was very clean.

The bed was rock hard. It was almost like there was no mattress and I was sleeping on just a box spring. The bed was hands down the absolute worst part of the experience. The bed was like sleeping on a kitchen table. For the two nights I was there it was almost unbearable. I would definitely not be happy sleeping there another night on that bed. The only other thing I didn’t love is the bathroom was a little cramped (but really what do you expect from a hotel) and there was holes in the walls above the bed and down near the baseboards. If those were fixed and a medium soft bed was in the room I would have given it all 5 stars

requested extra blankets but non were provided owners smoking under us and filtered into our room smelled of smoke a coffee maker would have been nice More towels...2 very tiny old towels

it was really quiet, clean and very efficient.

Room was clean and nice but too small and crowded for 2 people.

Room to small and beds were on the floor, no frames. No room to walk. 2 overnight, small, suitcases barely fit in the room. No family restaruants in the area, only fast food.

The rooms were spotless, amazing staff and you can tell they're doing their best with the resources they have. They have annual flowers all over the place, we had a hot tub in the room which i couldn't believe, and all the appliances work just fine.

The bed was very unstable and uncomfortable, we still had a great time and had a good sleep on the second night. The price is crazy, which I can't blame the hotel for.

We were greeted by Donna, a very friendly hostess. The room was clean. Close to Shopping and fast food.

The cost for two nights was very high considering the level of accommodations. No change of towels or bed linen and bed was not very comfortable.

I love the professional care of the owners she is very nice ,she took time of herself to help me and reassure a pleasant stay since I was alone . I can said she went an extra mile to make me fell safe and comfortable I will definitely go back . I was glad that I find all that I mentioned , plus affordable and very clean room . Thank you so much for a lovely stay !

Booked it last minute and was pleasantly surprised - 2 bedroom air conditioned motel room with a patio?!! I would never imagine that! Absolutely new and stylish bedding, very comfy beds, fancy shower and all shower amenities, very pleasant customer service - thanks for walking an extra mile to ensure guests are happy. Location is great - Walmart, LCBO and Tims are 5 min walk, downtown is 10 min walk, the beach is 5 min drive. Perfect overnight stay on the way to Tobermory and without crowd.
