From the moment you walk through the doors you are greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The room was perfect, the breakfast is delicious and the bar serves great pub food and pours awesome local beer on tap.

Checkin is a bit tricky as you have to use the Holliday Inn entrance and desk to check in as the the Vestibule doors to the Staybridge area are locked and need a key card. It would be nice to know this ahead of time so you park by the Holliday inn entrance and not the Staybridge entrance.
Rooms are new but window area cooling unit rattles.

I highly recommend this Hotel . Great free breakfast and during the week they have social event that includes a free small section of foods which was great surprise ! Staff were extremely friendly and the pool was open till 11pm . The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. They have excellent coffee out all day and night and there is also a pop fountain you can use for free . They literally thought of everything.So many great amenities and We can not wait to come back .

Front desk was friendly and accomodating. Staff at breakfast were always smiling and kind! The suites are clean, large and comfortable. And we really enjoyed social hour. Loved my stay at Staybridge. The studio suite was really nice and comfortable and kept clean. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The location is perfect as there is a plaza nearby to go shopping and the old town of port Elgin is not to far for a nice walk. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

This hotel was absolutely amazing, I booked with Expedia and had a problem with my first room (pull out mattress was awful) so the wonderful staff let us switch rooms to two beds.
I cannot say more amazing things about the staff here and it was the cleanest place to stay in Pprt Elgin.

This hotel is newly built in November 2023. It is very clean and the breakfast buffet was great!
We booked a room with king bed and pull out sofa. I called front desk before our stay to make sure that room could sleep 4 (2 adults and 2 teens). They assured me it could. It turned out that the sofa bed was smaller than a double, making it hard for 2 people to sleep in it. I would say the room sleeps maximum 3, unless you have very small children.

It was wonderful experience, I love the idea of Social Time . 5-7 you can enjoy light snacks in the main dining area and socialize.

A nice alternative if you don’t want to go the camping/cottage route when visiting the area. Stayed one night while visiting beaches in the area. Centrally located. Many great beach options within a close drive: 5 min to Southampton, 20-25 min to Sauble, 30 min to Kincardine, plus Port Elgin options. Our stay included breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and options available. Property is fairly new. Studio room was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and offered a comfortable place to rest after fun beach days. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and personable. Looking forward to staying next summer.

This property exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious with a full stocked kitchen. We stayed in a doble queen bed suite. It had a seperate washroom, living room and kitchen with island. The staff were all kind and greated us during our stay. We travelled with kids. They loved the pool, the games room and the amazing spread at breakfast. The complimentary snacks in the evening were impressive. We enjoyed the nacho and chicken night as well as waffles and chicken. We also enjoyed that this hotel was walking distance to two grocery stores, fast food places and dollar store. The beach was only 5 mins drive and was so beautiful. We cannot wait to stay at Staybridge in the near future.

We found a bug in our bed at around 11:30 pm on the night we stayed but when I called the front desk to get our sheets changed, no one answered. We called back two more times but still no one answered.
