The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It had all of the amenities needed to make us feel at home. The skylights and doors onto the rooftop deck provided lots of light and beautiful views. Communication with the property owner was always fast and pleasant.

First the good: The apartment was adorable, clean and spacious enough for 3 unrelated adults. (Each bedroom has a double bed and the couch is comfortable enough for a young person to sleep on). Thebsun porch was great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The area in Ixelles was a lot of fun and on or near at least 3 public transportation lines that go right into the heart of Brussels within minutes. We felt very safe walking around, even at night. Our host was very communcative, and we had no issues. On the other side, not bad, but stuff you might need to know: the walk up to the flat is quite steep and could present problems if anyone in your group has mobility issues. It was a slog with luggage. Also, you are inly supplied with one set of keys, and you will need them on both sides of each door into the building and into the room. This presented logistical challenges when our group wanted to leave or return to the apartment at different times. All in all, a good value for the price

The apartment is great - very clean and comfortable. Lourdes stocked it well for us and was very responsive when I had a question. The location is good, near a bus stop and tram stop. The one thing you need to be aware of is that it's 67 steps up to the flat. It's listed as the third floor, but if you're American that's the fourth floor by our numbering. And there's a flight of stairs up to get to the ground floor from the entry door. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, just be prepared for the stairs.

We wanted a place in Ixelles to attend a 4 day birthday bash and this was perfect. Also very near a tram for the journey to /from the station , to the Atomium, Grand Place etc. Very well equipped tho we were ony there for breakfasts. Thank you Lourdes.

This apartment was ideal for 2 friends to stay for a short city break. The suburb is really nice with loads of interesting shops, cafes, bars and it's easy to walk or take the tram into the centre. The host was very helpful and communicative.

Great location in nice area with good access to buses (95 to Grand Place), restaurants and for walking around. Apartment has good-sized rooms with enough space to put all your belongings. Comfortable beds and had portable fans for warmer nights. Nice balcony with back view. Great to have washer and dryer so we didn't have to take too many clothes! Appreciated coffee and tea as well as lots of towels and bathroom tissue! Thank you Lourdes!
