Very nice boutique hotel with modern rooms - seems brand new/newly furbished. Very stylish interior, lovely personnel, great location. The rooftop pool area has only 3 sun-beds, but plenty of seating options.

Staff was really helpful, helped with luggage, taxis.. It was clean and quiet. The rooftop pool was wonderful on a hot day.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful views. We were told breakfast was included, then when we checked out they charged us for the new tax plus breakfast. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Amazing hotel a bit overpriced and in a good location. What is lacking is parking and around the property it’s hard to find a free spot. Nearby paid parking is expensive.

Amazing hotel! The hotel is super nice, well decorated, the staff is superb and very professional, the breakfast was to die for, the roof top bar is a must stop while staying there, and room very comfy. The hotel is also super well located in the center of the city with plenty to see and visit in walking distance

Very well located in central Thessaloniki. Staff very helpful. Well laid out with very good housekeeping. Botengo restaurant has good quality of food. Bar area has breakfast buffet - very good, snacks through the day also good and later on is quite buzzy. Altogether a most enjoyable experience and highly recommended.

The room was not properly cleaned and I found some long hair around the room and bathroom. Also, I asked for a massage therapy and the spa they work with never replied on the phone. Reception never contacted me to apologize and give me a follow up regarding my spa request.

Absolutely top of the line customer service. From the time we arrived until our departure every member of the hotel was exceptional in their service, hospitality and over commitment to taking care of their guest. Elena at the front desk to Sevi in the breakfast room and many others were phenomenal and made are stay all the more special and stress free. Definitely recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

Best hotel in Thessaloniki! Special shout out to the best staff including but not limited to Aimilios and Vaggelis as they are only the best! Top shelf and great to see they have Thymiopoulos wines which are my fave. Best food as well!

The service was excellent. Attention to detail, from everything in the room (included additional decaf capsules as a service, for example), to the poolside salad (delicious quinoa variant). Only issue was size of pool. Should list as ‘Cocktail pool’ or ‘Poolette’ b/c not for serious swimming.

Loved it. The only low point was the air-condition which can not be modified within the room. Only on/off and temperature but nothing else, which is a huge problem for someone like me who gets eye infections quickly from blowing wind.

Absolutely fabulous hotel in Thessaloniki - the staff were excellent, the room was probably the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in next to a Ritz Carlton, and the location was perfect - close to all the shops and restaurants. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Nice new hotel in the center of the city , close to everything. Difficult to reach if you come by car or taxi, as the street is crossing the center and it is continuously blocked. It took us 20 or more minutes to make about 500m .

This hotel is an absolute gem—between the location and amenities, there is nothing lacking. The property itself is spotless and incredibly well-kept. The staff is really what makes the hotel amazing—they are so personable and friendly and they go out of their way to give suggestions and recommendations, and you truly feel like you are the most important guest. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels in over 40 countries and cannot stress enough that the MonAsty is the best of the best!

We spent 2 night at the hotel at room 401.
The hotel is brand new and very nice. Service is nothing less than outstanding. The hotel is located in the center of it all, a very short distance from all major attractions.
We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on it (it was rather expensive and we preferred the many options on the street.
the only 2 problems we found were:
The noise from the street (windows are not double glazed and not soundproof, and the was a lot of noise late at night from the street, there is a club next the hotel and the garbage trucks).
A low water pressure in the shower. while a the sink it was strong, the shower has very weak water pressure and it was not pleasant to take a shower like that).
apart from that -is was a very nice stay and we still recommend the hotel to others.

Amazing experience. Second week it was open and it was run perfectly. Room beautiful and organized well. Good plugs, amenities. All staff were extraordinary; surprisingly well trained for 2 weeks. Location is great and this is the best looking GREEK CITY. HOTEL BLOCKS FROM the Aegean bay. There is blocks of wide pedestrian only shopping. Restaurants very good.
