Brand new tiny home cabins. Well designed and executed. Spotlessly clean.

I never saw an employee? But I never needed one, either.

Great location, restaurants close by. Really cute cabin with everything you need for an extended stay.

Cleanliness of the placed. Easy access to the place. Clear instructions.

I loved the space inside and out. It was clean and cozy.

I wish there was a coffee pod left for the morning, a broom to sweep sand, and an extra blanket.

Everything was clean and tidy, we had enough dishware and equipment to cook if we so desired and soap to clean with. Very quiet. The provided beach chairs were appreciated.

The spiders were a surprise.

I thought the property was fantastic. Very nice cottage. Very different feel from a hotel which was a good thing.

Lots of little critters crawling but that’s to be expected during the summer. Nothing crazy but they were there.

I liked everything...location was ideal and the room and facilities were absolutely perfect for a short escape to the cape.

There is going to be a big issue with the water there this summer. I was in cabin 14, and the would trickle out of the shower head. If you have long hair, you can't wash it good. The water comes from the cabin next to thlhe hot water, takes way too long to warm up free wifi, and we never get the password, no coffee no place to dry the dishes and parking is not going to be good in the summer. The drain cover to the shower was not screwed in. But it's a good place, juts needs a little work

It was a new beautiful well-stocked studio. Everything you need was there but coffee capsules :) They had a new Keurig machine but no coffee. Plan accordingly! I would return next year!

My daughter and I found the unit to be brand new and exceptional clean. We had trouble opening the door, bottom lock. Just a suggestion, it would be nice to have an end table lamp for reading. The overhead lights are too bright and blinding.

The door was difficult to open, not the dead bolt.

Cottage was very clean and set up nicely! Convenient 10 minute drive to P-Town and beaches. Definitely recommend the deluxe studio for the extra room as I'd imagine the smaller ones are probably a bit tight.

Better lighting outside at night by the picnic tables would have been nice, but not a big deal.
