nice location with a private beach

ants all over wall and windows. bugs in bathroom. beds were pretty uncomfortable and the hot tub was so over chlorinated it burned my eyes.

The location is in close proximity to town, the staff was very friendly and the room worked well for our one night stay. It was a good deal for the price considering the very touristy area.

The bed could have been more comfortable but wasn't terrible.

Great valued property right on gorgeous beaches of Truro a stones throw away from the Provincetown line. Bring a bike and it’s a quick 5 minute pedal to downtown commercial streets. Rooms are a bit dated but still fairly roomy considering. Two doubles gives you an extra hundred square foot or so if you need space to spread out. This is a no frills place but was surprised by the indoor pool and hot tub and the price is always reasonable. Bring a two prong to three prong electrical plug as the outlets are limited and definitely no usb charger.

Checkout at 10 is really a bummer especially if you’re a late arrival wish it were 11 or later if you didn’t show up until 9 or 10 due to the awful traffic in the summer. Self service laundry washing machine didn’t work left and came back to clothes still soaked not there fault other machines were working and it only takes quarters and it’s $3.75 and no change machine ( yes that’s 15 quarters good luck)

The vending machine took my money.

Didn’t know there was a breakfast was told there were grills for the rooms had to carry one around. Location would have been nice closer to ocean but not your fault. We enjoyed it!

The mattress was very firm

Two suitcase racks - hallelujah! Very clean and roomy, old-fashioned but well equipped. TV worked well. Just over the line from Provincetown and right on a beach. Refrigerator and coffee maker in room.

Bed was way too hard, did not sleep well. Hard mattress does not work for side sleepers. Water pressure low. I understand this may be a local requirement, but how does taking twice as long to shower off the suds and rinse hair save water in the long run? A microwave would be nice.

Location. Beach. Cute racoon and friendly owners. Fixed our toilet problem very quickly. Quite place.

Uncomfortable bed. Not enough toiletries. Not enough plugs. A/C was loud and not efficient. Toilet ran for a long time after flushing. Pool water was very cold and pool room had no air flow. Very stuffy.

Great location. Right on the beach as well as on the shuttle to Ptown. You can see the sign for entering Ptown in front of the motel so it’s right on the border of Truro. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was also quiet despite being the weekend. I would love to go back.
