Incredible huge home! In the perfect location! So much space, adorable decor and house manager was very attentive! I definitely recommend for 21 birthdays, bachelorette parties etc!

It's hard to put into words the first time you walk into this penthouse. It is absolutely incredible. Besides being one of the coolest outfitted and decorated places I've been in, the location is also top notch. Darold was helpful showing us the place and how to operate everything and when we had questions he was very responsive. I can almost assure you this place will spoil you for any future rentals and is a place you will never forget. All in all it made for a very memorable and excellent trip and someday I hope to return.

The photos don't do this place justice. Such a great place for a group. Enough space where you can get away if needed and great gathering areas both inside and out. The location is perfect. You could spend several days here and never need a vehicle. Walk everywhere. Printers Alley is right outside the door and Broadway is two blocks away. Longest walk we had was to the Party Bike pickup and that was only a mile. The manager was attentive for any questions we had. The checkin process was nice too. Since the property is so large, the manager walked you around and showed you how to work things. Very good service.

The listing doesn't do it justice. Massive house, awesome furnishings and decor. Crazy good location. You can't say enough for things about it. Staff was great too, incredibly helpful!

Pictures match the actual property. We loved every part of the experience - especially the welcome and the accommodations of our requests.
The only feedback I would offer to the host - a few more / larger trash bins throughout the house/closets. That would have really made it feel at home. They were mainly in the bathrooms, and were a bit small.
But that is splitting hairs and a very small issue. We loved this place!

This place is difficult to review as it’s not comparable to anything I’ve ever seen before. I travel for a living and spent most of my adult life on the road and in all my years I’ve never seen anything like this before. Let’s just say we weren’t disappointed at all. All of agreed that it’s the coolest place ever. Price tag was out of our budget but once we stepped foot into the place we forgot all about it. Worth every penny. Even the property manage Daryl was cool. Location was perfect. I could go on and on but I think you get the point. We will be back. Thanks for an amazing time.

It’s hard to describe this property because it is so jaw dropping. We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect and the property itself was unbelievable! The guys wanted to stay at the property instead of going out. It could not have been more perfect for a bachelor party. We would highly recommend staying at Printers Alley Lofts and would love to return.

Staying at the Printer's Alley Lofts provided our company management team a fantastic chance to team build while attending an industry conference. The location and amenities were 10 of 10, especially being able to sit on the second floor patio and listen to the excellent music from the Bourbon Street Blues & Boogie bar located right across from it in Printer's Alley!
I highly recommend!

The accommodations and location couldn’t have been any better for our group. Printers Alley is the place to stay and it’s a few minute walk to Broadway. We had the best time and will definitely stay again, it wouldn’t be the same staying somewhere else in Nashville. Printers Alley Lofts was professional and was exactly as advertised. Thank you!

The place our group rented earlier on our trip was horrible experience got in contact with melody and it was a breeze to rent. Place was outstanding with alot of space. Would Highly recommend.

Perfectly located in Printers Ally, walking distance to Broadway if you can handle the madness. Skulls Rainbow Room and Bourbon Street Blues and Boogie Bar are right across the alley.
The upstairs patio is perfect, equipped with a bbq grill lots of seating and a gas/propane fire pit. You can overlook Printers Ally from the patio.
The kitchen is enormous with all the necessities. I loved the automatic ice maker. There is a standard coffee pot with a few complimentary packets of coffee which was nice. Room service is available until 1:30 am. We ordered room service once and the food was delish. The menu consists of bar type food but that’s exactly what we needed before heading out for the night. We loved everything about this place and we will definitely be back.

This was our first trip to Nashville and this property was amazing! Very spacious and clean. Extremely close and walkable to everything! Property manager responded very quickly to any questions we had. Worth the $$$
