The decor& location of condo. Loved that the beach was across the street and easily accessible. Pool and grounds were clean.

Parking. The fact that there is no flow of parking entrances/exits. Had to back up/turn around all the time to exit. Our condo could have used some general upkeep- shampoo or replace the carpets that were stained and grimy feeling on bare feet. Housekeeping could do better job at throughly cleaning as well. There were empty liquor bottles under the bed we disposed of and a pair of womens underwear that didn't belong to us left under bed as well. Washer/dryer room had visable mildew on walls/floor and smelled very musty. Lack of lighting. No overhead lights just a bedside table lamp in 2 bedrooms.

Property needs updated: toilet in queen room kept running and sometimes did not flush right. Both entry screen doors need repaired. Beach chairs provided are rusty.

Great location! Property is well maintained. Pool was and hot tub both clean and well maintained.

Inside the unit itself of unit 367 was clean overall. However, the carpets were very dirty as well as the couch. There was also only 2 Forks in the silverware drawer and the frying pan was chipped and not usable. Beds were comfy linens, towels provided all nice and clean. Kitchen and bathrooms all clean. Shower curtain in main bedroom had mold on the bottom.

The location was great. The apartment looked like the photos on Booking.com

A ten digit code to get into the door seems a bit excessive, and the lock pad kept malfunctioning and wouldn't take the code; I had to call about that. But do NOT expect for the code to work not even ONE minute before your check in time. The website listed that toiletry items and toilet paper would be provided. They weren't. I had to call to get those, and they did arrive within 4 hours. The lock on the sliding doors going to the balcony from the living area was completely broken, and the door could not be locked. The TV in the living room area would never stay connected to the internet for more that 10 minutes, making watching TV in that area impossible. The bedroom next to the entrance doors had a TV that worked, thankfully. There were no mittens to get hot items out of the oven, so I had to use a wash cloth. There were only two forks that I could find in the drawers to eat with. And, the text message I received from the company about when I had vacated the room came when I was driving home, so I didn't see it for hours. I left well before the check out time of 10 a.m., so hopefully I won't get charged for not responding to their text.
