Great little spot in town. Clean, everything worked. Bed was not comfortable and the skylight right above your head needs a better way to cover it if you want to sleep past sunrise

It was all we needed for two people and our two dogs for a weekend. Close walk to the heart of downtown. Nice coffee and other items provided. Not much more to ask for. The only downside is the AC can only go down to 72 or the coils could freeze so it can get a little stuffy on hot days & nights. But, we’d gladly stay there again. Nice people who hosted and were very responsive as well.

Loved the area the rental was in. Was perfect for me and my dog Cooper. Very clean!

Quiet and clean.

Loved every single thing about this place and have ready talked about coming back. Only two negatives - the sitting room doesnt heat and was so freezing we spent christmas having to sit on the bed to sit/eat/drink/watch xmas shows on tv. And company info board lights up the entire bedroom and even if i put it to sleep to darken, it automatically came blazing back on 7am. That was awful alarm wake up over a holiday vacation.

Since it is an older home, the insulation isn't so good, so it got pretty chilly at night (we were there in March). The Management company did respond very quickly for our request to have a space heater in addition to the forced air unit, which was fine for the bedroom but didn't heat the kitchen or sitting room. Overall it was a quiet, plesant stay.

Just like the webpage said, close to downtown Paso. Nice and quiet at night. All around, just very good, we'd stay again!

This house is exactly what you need! Allows pets, EV charger and a location that can’t be beat.

Getting to the laundry was not all that easy (2 gates, water dripping off 2 roofs, long wait times for wash and drying). We had an amazing stay here. Awesome location, so close to downtown and dog friendly! The EV charger was a plus. Would highly recommend staying here. Communication, check in and the amenities were great. It is a cottage, so it really is great for a couple!

Although the unit was very clean and offered what we needed as far as kitchen and bath items, the living space was too small and not inviting. It felt more like a hotel room with a sitting area than a cottage. In the small living room, the door leading to the outside was not properly sealed and let in A lot of cold air. Even though a TV is not the most important thing when we are on a vacation, we did want to watch at times because of the baseball playoffs and it really did not allow the option to easily access certain stations. Even after calling the property management company we did not find a solution. The AC and heating unit was a bit confusing to operate and instructions on how to do so would be beneficial. We felt that the price paid for the rental was not a great value. Paso Robles vacation rental, however, is always very Responsive if you call and have questions and concerns. We have rented from them for many years and have had very positive experiences. This was just not one of our favorite rental homes.

We loved the little cottage. Perfect for our weekend in Paso. If we had more time would have loved to use the BBQ and sit on the front porch! Quiet neighborhood in a great location. Close enough for all Paso downtown restaurants to walk. We will be back

Sweet little cottage - perfect for one or two. Loved the grill and front patio. Walking distance to town and morning coffee shop.

The cottage was a nice quiet neighborhood, clean, well supplied with everything I needed during my stay. The check-in and check out process was easy, however the instructions in the check out asks to dispose the trash in the trash cans alongside the house. There were no trash cans To put the trash into when I was leaving. So I just brought them home and dumped them at my house. Also, I did not see any laundry facilities to put the used laundry in. Might be a good idea to supply those items or take them off of your instruction list. I’d also like to suggest to take out or trim the yucca in the flower bed to the left of the walkway when entering the house. They are very sharp and dangerous and have over grown the planter. The sharp spines on this plant have grown outside the flower bed, making it impossible to avoid them. Both me and pet got poked several times. I would definitely come back and stay here again. 🌺

Had a great time in this little cottage with my dog. Super easy check in and out process, and everything during my stay was seamless. Would recommend this place for anyone! Quick walk to downtown where Bruce (my dog) and I would walk to get coffee in the morning. Love this little cottage and would come back, thank you for a perfect first visit!

A quiet cozy place to stay near restaurants, wineries, shops and the green. We had a great stay!!!

Enjoyed the cozy cottage with our golden retriever. Great location only a 10 minute walk to downtown Paso Robles tasting rooms and restaurants.

adequate, but bit cramped nice location

This cottage is all you need if you’re looking for a quick get away. There’s plenty of space, a kitchen, and a living room area with French doors that lead to a cute little patio. Not to mention only a couple of minutes away from the downtown city park. The host was also nice enough to let us check in early which made it easier for us to settle in and grab lunch with our family before they left town. Thank you! I will definitely book another stay here soon!

Loved the location, the EV charger on property was great! Didn’t like the skylight above the bed, too bright in the morning. The bed could’ve been better. The door to the outside in the small room couldn’t lock, which didn’t make you feel totally safe. The front yard could have used a fence of some kind, being the pet friendly property it is.

The unit could benefit from a new bed. The door in the little room/study cannot lock, it’s closed by the chain only. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Loved this little cottage. Perfect for 2 (with a small dog), walkable to the park and to town, all the restaurants, shops, etc. Driving to wineries was easy and central. The cottage was quiet, private and very clean. Amenities were great, everything we needed was there (and more). I would definitely book this again... really, really enjoyed our time here!

Cute little place ideal for a couple. Short walk to downtown which is nice not to drive. Make sure you bring all your TV passwords as otherwise TV is mostly useless (e.g., we like to watch local news, etc and was unable to).

This was perfect for the two of us and our dog. Four blocks to downtown. The property was set up beautifully. Everything we needed as far as necessities go.
