This was by far the top property we have rented in the keys over the last 15 years. It was clean, all amenities were there, loaded kitchen, beautiful landscaping and boat slip. All we could have asked for

The house was exactly what the pictures and description say. Everyone in our group said it was like a dream vacation. The house was really a perfect fit for our family on size and how it was set up. We enjoyed every minute we were there and wished the vacation could have went on a lot longer.

The location in the Tahoe Keys was ideal. Beautiful lot facing east over the water. The dock was a great place for kids to catch bluegill, crappie and even catfish. They had some fishing poles but you’ll need your own tackle and bait. The kitchen was very nice and very well stocked with cookware and spices. Many grocery stores within a 5-15min drive as well as many restaurants. The bedrooms were nice and private with their own baths and the beds were very comfortable. If you’re familiar with Tahoe at all, it’s not exactly a new place so this property is also not new, but it was in generally very good condition. There are a few small maintenance items that could be done but nothing that affected our stay or that wouldn’t be expected in a vacation rental. Great experience all together.

Great house and great stay. Best location in S. Lake Tahoe. House is better than expected. Pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful furnished and decorated. Outside areas are beautifully landscaped. Fabulous to just sit on the patio or dock and enjoy the view. Highly recommended.

Great time! A few more beach towels on hand would have been helpful being on the water but great place and great views. Property was as advertised!

My family and I really liked the house, it is beautiful with everything that you could need for a comfortable stay. Only complaint would be that we first arrived the house had net been cleaned and was very dirty, after talking to management, Mike sent a cleaning crew, they did a good job and things were good after that, there was a lot of snow so we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard and boat deck but it was to be expected after snow storms that hit the area.

This was our first trip to Tahoe. Was looking forward to cooler temps and relaxing time….. There is NO AC in the house. The heat is radiant heat. The heat was turned on when we arrived. It was 81-84 degrees in the house and was miserable two out of the three nights. 80 when you go to bed and 60 in the house when you wake up because you have to open all the windows and turn on fans in evening as you try to sleep. The yard is shared with other people using the dock attached to the house. People would walk through the yard while we were outside in the yard. Very in comfortable. No direct TV as advertised. Fridge would not cool the first day/night we were there. It’s a nice setting if you have a boat, other than that, the house is below par. I had to convince the other guests not to leave the house the first night. Needs better cookware. The house was below expectations based on the ad.

Epic Waterfront Estate is the most accurate description of this vacation property! We rented this beautiful home last weekend and had a party of seven. This gorgeous home was abundant with everything a family needs to literally drop your suitcases and immediately start enjoying this piece of heaven in South Lake Tahoe!! The home is beautifully appointed with a quaint cabin feel, flowing with a vastly spacious open floor plan for easy entertaining and lounging. The numerous lake views are beyond peaceful with a sliding glass patio door that provides many lounging areas steps from the lake. Whether you are sitting on the dock, swaying in the hammock, or casting your fishing line your soul will thank you for the serenity that surrounds you and the beautiful memories that await!! Once we got settled, the owner of the property came over to acquaint us to the house, the surrounding area and to answer any questions that we had. Mike could not have been any nicer with offering his hospitality to us all as well as honoring a few special requests! We will definitely book again at this amazing piece of heaven in Tahoe!!
