Was late due to storms we were able to do late check in. When we arrived security was present which was nice. The courtyard was great added feature. It was nice to have 3 full beds but the couch didn’t come with sheets or blankets. The ac was great. It did smell by our room due to being next to waste room. The couch bed was very uncomfortable. Shower had hairs in it. Water tasted weird. But overall great for families and would stay again!!

I usually don’t do reviews but this is the third time staying at StayApt and they are great it. I had to arrive late and I call the facility to let them know since the front desk closes at 7 pm but they made arrangements to leave me a key in a locked box. I finished the check in process the next morning. They just charged me one day to leave the key securely. The staff is very friendly and it is facility is clean. I will be booking my next trip there tomorrow. It was a very comfortable to drop my daughter off to school. I also like they have quiet hours. There are no free breakfast but there is a kitchen so you can cook for yourself or family if you need too. Also Nikki was amazing.

Initial communication was fabulous but there was NEVER anyone at the front desk for assistance. The bathroom was dirty and the carpet had large crusty stains. The sheets had not been changed. We found a cigar wrapper when we turned down the comforter.

Would not stay here again. The first room I went into, you could tell someone had smoked in. They were gracious enough to give me another room. Floor had not been vacuumed in about a month, the bed I slept in, the sheets had not been changed since previous person, found their hair, etc in the bed. Lamps were broken and not replaced. Found previous customs dirty socks behind bathroom door. I don't think I need to go on.

Place was very nice. Key was not working the next. Front desk fixed about half hour later. Key did not again next. Security came and fixed again about a half hour later. The key opened the entrance for but not the. Security was called again. Kinda disappointed.

Overall our experience was very nice. Mia, from the front desk, was very kind and helpful. Our only complaint was a few dirty dishes that were in the cabinet, no shampoo or body wash in the bathroom, and the latch on the bathroom door was broken.

Room was not clean. Garbage on the floor in bag on the bathroom. Dirty hand prints all over the bathroom door and dirty hand prints in shower. Shower floor was super slippery. No soap or shampoo in the dispensers in the shower.
Stairway was filthy and there are numerous garbage receptacles in the stairwells that are partial blocking the stairs.

Room was not ready. Personal did not seem to care about getting us into a room. The room floor was sticky and had obviously not been cleaned. Every step taken was like I was walking on glue. The trim smelled of industrial cleaner. Caused me and my wife some breathing problems.

Location of property was excellent because it was in close proximity to a plethora of restaurants and shopping. The room was bigger than expected. Layout was nice. However, the hallways of the property were not too appealing. They looked worned out. Cleanliness of the room was ok for the exception of the kitchenette. The dishes were dirty, they had been run in the dishwasher but they still had food residue. We had no dish detergent only dishwasher detergent. But the one reason why I wouldn't stay here again is because the shower head was not working. I called the 'emergency' line (lobby is closed after 7pm) and she came and tried to fix it to no avail. She said they were booked and couldn't change my room. She stated will call manager to see if they can do anything else. But I never heard back from her. I had to shower with a cup!

In town for volleyball tournament. Easy to find. Safe area. Clean and comfortable. Only issue was that walls a little thin. Heard the man singing next door at 6:10 in the morning on Saturday.

Property was not well managed. The rooms are outside and we were locked out of our room for about 2 hours until someone came from home to unfreeze the door lock. Property doesn’t have staffing on site 24 hours or they left the property for some reason. Hotel refused to compensate us for this. Be cautious staying here.
