Pillows were in comfortable, TV small in living room and master bedroom, over charge for the quality of the place , had to vacuum the place and mop the floors , could not get barbecue to light ,

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this condo. The pools were amazing and very close to where we stayed. Very clean and updated accommodations I would highly recommend this place. Close to shopping, restaurants and casinos. Quiet and relaxing. I will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Only wish the listing had indicated that both bedrooms were upstairs. Stairs are a bit steep which made going up and down a bit challenging for seniors.

We spent a long weekend (Thursday-Tuesday) over MLK weekend in PSP. We have been to PSP 5 of the last 6 years, but always stayed with friends in La Quinta. This time we stayed on our own and invited another set of friends to come stay with us. We are all still working, but also testing out places we may want to spend extended time during the winter months in the future. Our stay in this large townhome was great. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of space and it is well located (a 10 min drive) to downtown PSP. The kitchen has a coffee good ole Mr. Coffee style coffeemaker. We did buy paper filters as it’s easier and work better than the metal filter. Other kitchen items will get you by. We appreciated the well stocked TP/Paper towels/Laundry soap. We had a couple of questions, but the Evolve folks answered them with a quick text exchange. There is a golf course very close by - Tahquitz Creek. My husband played and said it was very nice. We had a bit of rain (south end of atmospheric river) but it did not dampen our spirits. Thanks for the great accommodations!

Plenty of room. A couple of questions were asked, promptly answered. Loved the location. Comfy beds. Very clean! The coffee maker requires preground coffee. Would be helpful if there was an electric grinder.

Whilst modest from the outside, the inside is tastefully decorated, well furnished and equipped and the beds very comfortable. It seemed it was 10 minutes from most places we wanted to be in any direction (a car is definitely helpful). Close to Target/Trader Joes and Boomers where you can get a round of mini golf in! A safe gated community. We did not have the opportunity to try the pool or tennis courts but both looked to be good and very close to the house. We would most certainly stay again if we were in town.

The property was as advertised. Nicely furnished and decorated. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms! Good facilities, plenty of kitchen tools, washing machine etc. A 10 minute drive to most places. We didn’t get to use the pool because it rained for us but it looked nice. We would stay there again! Loved loved loved Palm Springs!

Property very clean and well supplied. The community gate was not so convenient for visitors but easy to operate. Location a bit far from the main downtown but very quiet and comfortable.
