Wonderful accommodations - exactly as promised and proximity to restaurants, etc. across the street at John's Pass was wonderful!

The condo is as described and has EVERYTHING you need. The beach chairs, cooler and towels are in good condition. There are also beach toys for younger kids. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent. We had a wonderful trip and would stay again.

My family and I had such a great time on our vacation and this condo was great! It had everything we needed and is a very nice place. Pool is great and was never really that busy. The beach is just steps away and it’s always easy to find a spot. We walked the beach quite a bit and this is a great location. Johns pass is right across the street for shopping and food. We would love to come back! Thank you for a great stay.

This property was great for our family of 6. It was clean and Jennifer was easy to work with. The elevator broke the last two days of our stay and we were on the 5th floor so bringing down suitcases wasn’t fun! However, it was still a nice vacation! We will rent again!

Fully equipped kitchen if you decide to cook in and catch a sunset from the balcony overlooking the gulf. Great pool. Nice to have parking under the bldg out of the sun. This spot was absolutely perfect for me and my family of 7. I don't think I could say enough good things about it. The view of the ocean is incredible, the condo is very nicely decorated, everything was clean, and there are SO many beach things for you to use. Towels, chairs, an umbrella, wagons to carry it all down with. The kitchen is extremely well stocked as well. The master bed/bath was amazing, the bedroom spacious with lots of storage space for clothes and other things. Jennifer was brilliant, she was responsive and so kind. She even put out enough candy for the three kids for Easter the weekend we were there! My family and I were extremely comfortable and happy here, and we'd 100% stay again.

Great stay, clean and condo was full of all needed items. Only thing we heard from lots of guests and we felt the same is all the codes to get through everything. Need to be upgraded most of the time took 5-6 tries before it would work. And your hands are full of things headed to beach. Numbers would stick. Overall great place .

The master bedroom w/king bed very comfy, roomy w/ great lighting along with ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has full size & 1 twin size bed, with not much room to move around. Great for a family of 4 or 5. We had 4 adult women and it worked out fine. 2nd bathroom directly across the hall from 2nd bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked.

Everything you see listed is how the condo is. The condo is beautiful and very well kept and has great views of the ocean. The communication with Jennifer on the check in process was very easy and everything was provided information wise before our arrival. Also located right across the street from Johns Pass. The pool and beach are great. Our group loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. We loved everything about this condo and the location.

We really enjoyed this property! Walking distance to everything you need for a great vacation. We all enjoyed the boogie board, pool toys, beach towels and beach chairs. The kitchen was great for cooking meals. I feel like this place was stocked with everything you need! We loved it!

This was my first experience with VRBO and the property and owner were amazing! The location was great, right across the street from ST. John’s Pass which has a lot of shopping and restaurants. The property was clean, and had everything you need. We had teenagers with us and also loved the location and property. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and very willing to help with anything you need. She goes above and beyond and you won’t be disappointed. We used Instacart to deliver groceries which was great since we did not have a car. We didn’t need a car for anything except groceries and Instacart solved for this. The pool area was nice with plenty of chairs and space depending if you wanted sun or shade. I could not have asked for a better experience!! This condo is updated compared to other units in the same building. The elevator is a bit slow so plan accordingly since you are on the 5th floor.

The property matched the description and reviews perfectly. Very comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults. The pool was great and proximity to beach and restaurants was perfect. Only suggestion would be to possibly put a ceiling fan in the second bedroom to move around some fresh air. Other than that, it was a wonderful place.
