Great location. Very Clean and a very cool Palm Springs decor! The distance between the patio and the pool can’t be beat! Highly Recommend.

The retro decor in this condo was absolutely delightful, and impressively clean! We had everything we needed for the week, including towels for the pool, and all the kitchen amenities to prepare gourmet meals.The heated pool and hot tub were just a few steps from our patio. When the propane tank ran out on the bbq, a call to the property manager had it resolved almost immediately. We played both tennis and pickleball, but be aware that they share the same nets and surface, with the lines painted over one another. Purists might find that objectionable. The check in procedure involved sending online forms, and a FaceTime meeting upon arrival. That was a bit of a challenge for us 70-somethings, but we muddled through, and the coded door turned out to be easier than keeping track of a key. The location proved ideally centralized for visiting the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Joshua Tree park, Sunnylands, and friends in Desert Hot Springs. We would definitely rent here again.

Easy to get in, once you get your bearings on the property setup and parking and arrival. Unit is steps from the HEATED pool and even better HEATED JACUZZI. First floor in a multi-unit building, so definitely some sounds from other units and not as bright inside as might want - but good outside access. Inside everything is new and really comfy (THREE king beds) and super outfitted - they even had bathrobes in each closet and kitchen had a NINJA blender, so they did pay attention to have real nice stuff. Decor is Palm Springs chic - very hip - and awesome Board Games!!! We look forward to our next trip. Hopefully the price point stays accessible for us :)-
