Business trip with perfect location.

House was clean, quiet, and beautifully updated and modern. The check in process was easy, Wi-Fi worked well, and the beds were comfortable.

Overall this was a nice place the worked well for my daughter's wedding we were in town for. There were some minor issues and one major issue. Minor issues were: - For the most part the place was fairly clean, however the floor was disgusting! You couldn't walk across the floor without your feet getting black from dirt. I believe i should be reimbursed for at least part of the cleaning fee and would love to hear what the owner has to say... - When we arrived, the pool water was 2" below the skimmer. The pool pump was running 24 hours a day (timer was broken) and was making an awful racket so I added water to the pool. This quieted the pump down a bit but it was still pretty loud (pool pump is directly outside the master bedroom window). The owner let me know he appreciated filling the pool back up. - Basic essentials were missing such as dish soap in the kitchen, etc. I contacted the owner to let him know and he apologized and said he would be over to bring supplies. This leads to the major issue: - The owner never showed up so for the three days we were there so we went out to Walmart and bought the missing supplies ourselves. Again, overall it was good but there were some issues.

Nicely renovated house with a pool close to many attractions. The master bedroom is nice and spacious. The other two rooms are crammed with beds and very small. We only stayed 2 nights so it worked fine for our stay. Would have been a little frustrating for a longer stay. Main rooms of house are not set up well for a group to hang out together but the lanai is so we took advantage of that. Communication was great with our host. We had a small internet problem (which is also the TV) but got it resolved quickly.

Our family had so much fun staying at this house for a mini reunion. Place is very clean with a modern vibe and just made our experience so memorable . Thanks a lot Herman for sharing your place .

House was very beautiful and had everything’ you needed. Host was very nice n communicated very well .

My experience overall in the property was excellent. The property owner has great communication. The pool is very nice and deep. There is tons of space for a big family to enjoy. I loovveedd it so thank you to the owner’s again
