We enjoyed our stay at La Perla with my wife and two adult children. The Accommodations were excellent! Very clean and spacious, great view, great location and great host! The grounds were secure and a 24 hour guard, quiet, and convenient to all the activity and beaches. I will definitely re-book here at La Perla if I come Back to Tamarindo!

Beautiful place

We had 3 couples stay here to celebrate two birthdays. The condo was very clean and well maintained. We probably spent most of our time on the patio when we were at the condo. It has an incredible view and the breeze was lovely. The property management company was always very quick to respond which was even more appreciated when we were on location. They arranged airport transfers, had 2 birthday cakes delivered, and also arranged a sunset catamaran cruise. The condo is located off a dusty road so we ubered into town a couple times to avoid getting dusty when we were more dressed up, but for the most part, we walked into town. The location was perfect, and the nearby beach was beautiful. The pool at the condo was quite large and very serene. We all loved the tile in the pool. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this condo again. I'll also look into other properties managed by this company. Highly recommend this stay.

Property was well appointed and met description in profile. Pool was beautiful and family liked the gym. Terrific view from patio and very short walk to beach, restaurants, and shops. We would stay here again. 10 out of 10.

We had our family of all adults and it was perfect! Beautiful like the pictures showed and well stocked. We had a problem with the air conditioner that they say never happens and they fixed it for us. Very accommodating and very helpful with all the concierge services and transports and any question we had. Quick to respond! Views were amazing! Pool was beautiful! And was very close to all the restaurants, stores, and beach. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!!

We had an incredible 7-day vacation in Costa Rica with this Tamarindo condo as our home base. This is a fabulous condo, very spacious, comfortable, clean, and luxuriously furnished and decorated, including some great art. Located on the 5th floor with a great view of the beach and surrounding vegetation. It has 3 bedrooms, and 3 baths. The primary bathroom has double sinks, a large shower, and a large tub. The condo has dual AC/heating units. Amenities include a pool, gym, free high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV, and full-sized clothes washer & dryer. Full-time security is on the property. Walking distance to the beach, surfing, beach bars/restaurants, shopping, and markets. Take the time to enjoy the great sunsets and evening fire dance shows at several of the beach restaurants just a short distance from the condo. Property manager, Elodie, provided lots of useful information about tours, excursions, and transportation options. She is very responsive. The best method to communicate with anyone in Tamarindo, or back home, is using WhatsApp for Wi-Fi calls and text messages. Free Wi-Fi was available everywhere we went in Tamarindo. We chose to get a rental car for transportation to/from the airport and getting around town. We wished we had instead used the service offered by Elodie for airport transportation and rented a golf cart for in-town. Would have been much easier to get around the narrow streets in Tamarindo and find places to park. If you choose to use a rental car, make sure you have international cellular service and a navigation App such as Google Maps or Waze. Absolutely recommend this condo and looking forward to returning. Pura Vida!

This is a lovely property within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, markets and downtown Tamarindo. Our trip to Costa Rica was just perfect, in large part thanks to our great location and the help of the property manager, Elodie, who could not have been nicer or more helpful. We wanted a tour--she booked it; luggage didn't arrive--she got it delivered same day; we had a question--she had an answer, no matter the time of day or evening. The views from the apt were spectacular--beach and mountains both. Very spacious and with all the amenities. When we go back, we're going here again!

Nice view from the 5th floor of this condo tower. Short walk into town. Underground parking. Clean & secure, great pool and workout facilities. Nice property. Would easily stay there again.
