The staff was generally nice.

While the room resembled the pictures, what it didn't show was the dirty (reused sheets), dirty (reused towels), unclean bathroom seat (it was full of urine), a TV that didn't work (was just for show), dirty hallways and more. How do I know all these things were dirty - when I pulled back the covers I found the sheets wrinkled with a long hair that wasn't mine. On the pillow, was an oil stain with a short hair that wasn't mine. The towel, when unfolded had yet another hair that wasn't mine and smelled musty. The toilet was self-explanatory with dried urine on the covers.

Intercom in room 206 worked intermittently 5. Stained walls in room 206 6. Very limited breakfast option, no black coffee

The staff, food, service Ms. Jyothi the front office staff really awesome. she did a great hospitality services which is really appreciated, helped us lot to arrange the local transport with affordable price, bus n etc.. and Mr. Yaswer Sing, another FOstaff, he was also very helpful and dedicative.. he helped us to book the Taj mahal gate passes and etc.. really proud of this staff.. and happily recommended hotel orange to stay overnights.. food was tasty..i felt more affordable from outside restaurants. thank you so much to Mr. Ali the auto driver.. he is so nice n wise person and affordable service than others.. the location is not noisy.. rooms are worthful.. all amenities were excellent.! from the outside look you may feel the hotel is small or not worthy, we had also same thoughts.. but once you enter, the service and hospitality will fill your heart with 100% satisfaction.. thank you, Jyothi and Yeswer with your whole team Orange. we will definitely come again to meet you..

It was great spot when visiting Taj Mahal.. Our room was great… staff are so nice!! restaurant serves a very delish food… worth the pay! also, thanks for my welcome and birthday cake… 🥳

First meet at reception with Ms. Jyoti. Fabulous girl with best etiquettes.. Then monu bhaiya. Senior's @ noosh restaurant Everything was excellent Make it always this way. N gv us discounts fr sure next time 😀🙃🙃😉

Food tastes to b improve more

The staff were very helpful and attentive from the glass of mango juice on your arrival to turning up the heating when they noticed my wife getting a shawl for dinner. Dinner was excellent. A welcoming place to stay.

Staff & Facilities & breakfast were Amazing. The staff attended to every need. Including doing a money exchange for a great rate and giving advice for accurate market closings and openings. Location is decent but expect short rickshaw rides to arrive at Sadar Bazar Market & Agra Cantt train station in the South and the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and baby taj attractions in the North (usually 500 - 800 ruppies to rent a rickshaw all day). Never had trouble finding a rickshaw since a petrol station is walking distance from the hotel.

The shower in room 205 didn't have hot water :/
