Light and sunny flat with south facing balcony. Such a shame that the lounge furniture in particular was way past it’s best, dining chairs and settee especially. Very disappointed with cleanliness, so we cleaned through following arrival. Only one set of bed linen and towels provided for the two weeks. We provided all cleaning materials and basics even toilet paper. Kitchen was well equipped but generally grubby. Wardrobe in double bedroom was locked, second wardrobe in twin bedroom contained cushions for balcony furniture and hoover etc. We didn’t unpack. We loved Denia and enjoyed great weather, but won’t be returning to this apartment.

Great potential sadly let down by the quality of the lounge furniture, well past it’s best.

Overall we were very happy hère. About 20mins walk from thé centre of town. We visited in september so the wonderful pool was often just for us. Apartment good condition overall if a little dusty. Balcony very spacious.

We were a bit unsure when we first arrived has Denia is truly Spanish inbut after a couple of days once we got our bearings we started to love the experience great bars & restaurants and a lovely atmosphere. The apartment was good, clean and comfy beds everything you need really. If I had any complaints & I'm being picky the kitchen a little smaller than we're used to and it's can be very hot on the balcony on the afternoons but this did not distract from the lovely time we had. I will definitely revisit Denia again.

A comfortable apartment well equipped with UK TV. Close to the beach and the old town. The parking is suitabl for a small to medium sized car. It can be a bit demanding if you have a large vehicle.

My wife & I stayed for 8 nights in April, the apartment was in a great locator the beach, restaurants & Marina. The size was ideal for us inside, will also a good size sunny balcony. It has a large communal pool & gardens.

Lovely apartment, well equipped plus balcony that gets the afternoon sun. Great location, within easy walking distance to centre, port and supermarkets. All the above helped to make my holiday enjoyable.

Lovely apartment in an ideal location for town and amenities

For our first time in Denia this was a good choice. We had a car so used it as a base for driving to a few inland areas. The scenery inland is great. All in all a good base to explore this part of Spain.

Wonderful, comfortable and cosy place with fantastic pool on a walking distance to the beach and to the city center with everything you need to enjoy, relax and get peace of mind. We were so lucky we could spend several weeks here. And the most amazing host who was willing to help us. We will never forget this stay!!!

Property as described. Kitchen well equipped. Found the main lighting a little dark in bedrooms and lounge. WiFi excellent and English TV a bonus. Location good for town access. Enjoyed our stay.

Ideal for our 7 week stay through Jan and Feb. South facing balcony meant maximum sun, position of apartment excellent, especially as we had no car. 5 mins to Aldi, 10 mins to major supermarket, 5 mins to beach, 15 minutes to town - all flat easy walks. UK TV and WiFi kept us in touch. The owner Sean was very helpful throughout and Jane, based in Spain, was very prompt in answering any queries. We recommend this apartment.

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. The apartment is big, clean, has a big balcony, all the amenities (washing machine, lots of kitchen utensils) you need. It has a covered, private parking and elevator. Good beds. Furniture and appliances are a bit dated. But everything worked fine. Located on the outskirts of Denia. But still in walking distance from beach, town centre and supermarkets. Like in all Spanish apartments one hears sounds from the neighbours. All in all a good stay for a good price.

My stay in Dénia was short but great! Apartment was clean and had everything you needed. It was conveniently located to both beach and downtown. Sean, the owner, was great at responding to any questions and was very responsive and responsible. Will stay there again!

Excellent location for town and the beach. The apartment is clean and well equipped, would stay there again.

The flat was as represented being clean, organized & convenient to all services & beaches. While I had no problem with the home I cannot say the same for the project. We were somewhat rudely interrupted by the lady in management having to move our car 3 times even from spaces she recommended. She also complained about the dog creating much difficulty for my wife. The project's main deficiency was the parking as there was no lighting at anytime which made it incredibly difficult to avoid the infinite number of columns when parking. I found it interesting that in the evening the project grounds had no lighting for safety/security such that we needed to purchase a flashlight. Overall Sean's unit was superior but the complex not so much.

The apartment was very clean and the location was great. The check-in process was great, Jane met us at the entrance to the garage and showed us the particulars about the apartment and the garage. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, utensils, plates, cups, sauce pans and frying pans. The apartment had two bedrooms and provided ample space, there was also a balcony where we had drinks a couple of times in the afternoon (in January), so the weather was also nice this time of the year. It was about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach and about a 10-minute walk to the restaurants and tapas bars on Carrer de Loreto. We stayed in January with many places closed, but there were still many good restaurants near the beach and in town, all within about a 10-minute or less walk. The food was excellent everywhere we ate. We also took a couple day trips by car to Benidorm and Alicante.

Communication with the owner Sean was easy as well - any questions were answered pretty quickly.The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and a big fridge freezer. There is decent wifi and the tv has various channels.There is a large dining table which we used for lunch as it was often too hot to sit out on the patio.The patio has table and chairs and a drier as well as some chairs/loungers you can take to the pool.Both bedrooms were a decent size and the shutters meant they stayed cool.There is aircon in the lounge and master bedroom.The pool was great and was never too busy.The beach is about 5mins walk and there is an Aldi that is also a 5 min walk away as well.You can walk into town in about 15mins, either along the seafront or through the tunnel under the castle.We found plenty of places to eat with a good choices and variety.We had a great in Denia and would recommend this apartment for a family or couple.

Nice apartment, great location, Jane and Sean were super helpful and accommodating. Very near the beach, supermarket and Old Town with lots of restaurants and shops. It was a shame that the pool was closed for renovation, but nothing that the owner could have done anything about.

An extremely well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment. We enjoyed a week there from 14 -21 March. As it faced the sun we were able to breakfast and lunch on the balcony and the apartment always felt warm. It was great to watch English programmes on the TV. We didn't hire a car but used public transport to get from and back to Alicante Airport.

We had a good week, very comfortable apartment and excellent location. Easy walk to beach, town and 'green way' walk/cycle track. The town and marina is lovely with welcoming bars, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Enjoyable time.

He property was adiquate, just wish it had been facing the pool area instead of a quite busy road. The balcony was too noisy to sit out on, because of noisy neighbours with dogs baking day and night. The complex is in a really good location for town and beach and to find a supermarket within a short walk was a real bonus. The apartment was well equipped, and although clean on first impressions, was beginning to show it’s age and usage.

We all enjoyed our stay.

Pretty pool, nice facilities, cozy feel

Lovely apartment with all you need for a relaxing holiday. Great Aldi within walking distance and only a short walk to the beach or town, yet very quiet location. The apartment is clean and well equipped and has the most amazing balcony with sun all day so that even in winter you can get a suntan!. Excellent communication with the owner who is happy to answer any questions and send you good directions on how to get there and anything else you need to know. Denia itself is a lovely town with a fantastic marina and very good location for getting around this part of Spain. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a good apartment in this area at a reasonable cost. Thanks Sean for all your help and letting us use your lovely apartment!

Stayed for 4 weeks while property searching ourselves! Great location to explore the area. The apartment was spotless and the key holder Nicola was fab. It has everything you could want for your stay. The beds were really comfy too. Would stay here again.
