WILL NOT RETURN HERE. NO SERVICES OF A HOTEL. ROOMS ARE WAY TO FAR FROM THE STRIP AND THE AUTOMATED WALKWAYS DO NOT ALWAYS FUNCTION. IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES AT ALL WALKING YOU WILL ALSO BE UPSET. THESE ROOMS ARE OWNED AND RENTED BY INDIVIDUAL PERSONS THEY ARE NOT PART OF THE MGM HOTEL

I have to give this hotel a 10/10! The balcony view was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the Las Vegas Strip and the Sphere. The room was immaculate, the staff went above and beyond, and the bed was incredibly cozy. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a fantastic Las Vegas stay!

I stay at this hotel often for business trips, and it never disappoints. The staff is always helpful and makes my stay easy. The rooms are comfortable and have everything I need to get work done. This is my top choice for business travel.

The pool & lazy river was fantastic, providing a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was incredibly friendly and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The free valet parking was a huge convenience, making it easy to come and go. Our room was spotless and offered a stunning view of the Las Vegas Strip. We could even see the Sphere from our balcony, which made the experience even more special. Overall, this hotel provided an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

Awful experience. Hotel staff was no help because I booked through a “third party” aka hotels.com… which has never happened to me. Didn’t get to sleep in the room the first night because it reeked of marijuana and the room was filthy and not clean when we checked in… which was at the regular check in time. I’ll never stay here again, please look elsewhere.

We weren’t treated nice because we booked from hotels.com they literally told us that. We stood there 3 nights and we couldn’t get more towels the next day or toilet paper because we didn’t book straight from them. Every time we will call for something they told us the same thing that they couldn’t help us because we booked from a hotels.com We stood 3 nights we paid a lot of money we should of been treated like everyone else.

I just checked out and have to give this hotel a perfect score! The balcony was amazing with stunning views of Las Vegas Boulevard and the Sphere. The room was spotlessly clean, the service was exceptional, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable Las Vegas experience!

Staying at The Signature at MGM was an incredible experience. From the free valet service and ice machines to the jetted bathtub, fridge, and microwave, everything was perfect. The view was breathtaking, with all the casinos and hotels lit up at night. Opening the sliding glass door to that stunning sight was unforgettable. I loved it so much that I plan to come back for my birthday. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality! ❤️❤️❤️❤️💯👍👍

after a day at the hockey tournament with our kids and couldn't be happier. Our room, complete with a private balcony offering a stunning view of the Strip, is the perfect retreat for relaxation. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the convenience of complimentary valet parking is a big plus. Highly recommend for families visiting Vegas for sports events or any occasion

It’s a safe and quiet property and I really liked it.
But It has the issue that you can’t check in before 3pm and can’t stay after 11. They are not flexible like other hotels where you can check in early and leave late, also if you are casino guys and like to walk on strip. It’s far away from that activities. You would need to walk around 10 or 15 minutes to get to MGM grand.
The other problem I had was that they kept only one small soap for me for two nights. I had to take it to shower and bring back to the sink, otherwise every thing was fine.

This property was dirty, dusty, outdated furniture, terrible bed, and valet over sold the parking, so we had to park off site and walk a mile plus to and from our hotel to car. The elevator wasn't working for more than half the time.

To be a very good review hotel and very luxurious leaves much to be desired about cleaning and maintenance of its rooms (23-703) was mold on the shower, We couldn't use it. Any way the receptionist on checking in was very sarcastic and poorly educated, should be nice and not make its guests feel bad, for not pronouncing my English well. She scares the guests with her irony. And a $50 voucher doesn't make up for how bad she made us feel, we're not kids who compensates us with a sweet, I'm so sorry it was very uncomfortable.
The rest of the hotel was exelent like the rest of the staff, they were very kind and always smiling.

Friendly staff, quick check in. Room very clean. Fridge microwave and 2 burner very convenient!I free parking. 10 out of 10 recommend

Expedia and the MGM Property are definitely NOT communicating with each other. Early check-in was not possible because MGM stated they cannot take the $15 fee from the customer for early check-in. Petty, ridiculous behavior by MGM so we had to wait 4 hours for a room. Late check-out was approved by Expedia, up to 4pm, but they did not convey that to MGM. MGM was rude to us when we told them they needed to activate our keys to retrieve our luggage after 11am.

The check in and people working there were amazing. The people throughout the property were very responsive and nice. Great rooms that are far nicer than similar 5 star hotels. Convenient location that makes it very easy to travel to other venues quickly to go to shows, etc.

I have stayed here many times. It is much more relaxing staying in a very nice & clean studio with a full kitchen It had a nice view of the strip and the bed was extremely comfortable. and we can use all the amenities & pools of the MGM resort. free valet parking,Convenient location. walk to strip only 5 minutes !

The Hotel an all the environment were really nice, the room, on the other hand, was really disappointing, noting was prepared, and the room, wasn't clean!
Actually, I except a partial refund because of the lack of cleanness and several defective things (lamp wasn't attached well, drawers were broken, the back of the TV furniture was broken, ...).

First time in LV... was not sure what to expect. It met our expectations! Nothing negative to be said, great location to everything!, Spacious room and comfortable bed with a perfect kitchenette. Our room was equipped with a in-room hot tub which was perfect after a long day walking around the strip. Jack and Jill sinks, shower with great water pressure, and a separate toilet room just helps with getting ready on a schedule. Room was clean upon arrival and we had access to the balcony which I personally enjoy the option to take in some fresh air in the morning with a cup of coffee. Plenty of closet space with a small keyless safe to store personal items while you're away. MGM properties are officially my baseline for a comfortable stay in Las Vegas.

Did not disclose that this was a private residence. This meant no housekeeping services , extra service fees for housekeeping, no parking even if guest due to limited availability. This would have made us chose a different location

Please book this property directly with MGM. If you dont, you have to deal with an outsourced agency for all needs. We reserved two rooms under one reservation and received them in different towers. No room cleaning. If we needed to replenish towels the next day, it’s an extra charge. Basically, you’re not part of MGM. You’re on your own.

Very far walk to the strip. We were in an owners suite and it was hard to get extra towels. I guess there is a difference between the hotel running a room and someone owning a room. Room itself was fine. Strip view on balcony was nice.
