Great place to stay. Yet no elevator was a bummer. I fell down the steps once. The dishwasher did not work along with ice maker. One last thing not enough hot water. But we had a great time. Thank you

The house was on point and a great location.

Four couples enjoyed this spacious house on the island. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Some issues with the hot water were addressed promptly. As with many rentals, this house could use some updating, but our stay was very enjoyable.

Business retreat and fishing trip. House was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our group of fishermen. Everyone had their own bedroom and is convenient to center of island. Will gladly book again.

The house was beautiful, and other than the hot tub not working, we were highly satisfied with the property. Daniel was very good to respond to any questions in a timely manner.

One room was advertised as having bunk beds AND a twin bed. There was no twin bed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Spacious Oasis in St George Island. The house is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach, lighthouse's and restaurants. The house is spacious and was very comfortable for our large group. The host was very accessible and accommodating to all of our needs. Be prepared to disconnect a bit as the WiFi is not reliable here. This house has great potential… just needs a better cleaning service prior to check-in. I would definitely recommend Spacious Oasis for any large group looking to stay in St George Island and I would stay here again.

Property highlights an elevator. The problem, it wasn’t working. Further we were not notified prior to arrival of this issue. Air filters for air conditioner have not been changed in quite some time. Several air vents have dirt and dust hanging on the vent fins. Further, the air in take is covered with with dust as is the air filter. I would have assumed this is something the cleaning crew would check regularly. Hot water was hard to come by. The water heater looks sized for an apartment not a five bedroom bath house. Favorable items; decorations are nice and location is good.

My family and a few friends stayed at this beautiful home for a little weekend getaway (we live 2 hours away) from the crowded beaches we live in. Perfect location! A little bit of a walk to the beach but definitely doable. The house was kept nice and cool, even had to break out an extra blanket, which there was plenty of, in the middle of August. Just a few minute drive from shops and local grocery. We had a wonderful time!

A super nice property, very specious for large groups and nice that everyone can have their own bathroom. Only critique- would be nice to have larger pans, since we enjoy cooking a lot :-). Really appreciated having a nice washer/dryer and elevator as well!

My husband and I take our kids and grands on a summer trip for their Christmas present. This year they wanted a beach trip so i set out to find a family oriented beach and thats when i discovered St. George Island!! Next i went to finding a large home to stay and thats when i found this diamond!! Everything was absolutely perfect...from house to the beach! Plenty of space together as one family and plenty of space apart to sleep! I had 2 grands ask to come back already. Definitely recommend for large families. Can't wait to go back!!!

Very nice house, great layout, well furnished, clean, conveniently located, plenty of easy parking for six vehicles, easy walk to the beach, very private… would definitely stay here again! Our three-generation family of 16 from 9 months to 66 years was well accommodated! The top floor has a well stocked kitchen large enough to accommodate several cooks at once, pleasant, open floor plan for everyone to gather, eat together and hangout. There are six roomy bedrooms, four and a half baths, two great decks with access from three bedrooms and two living rooms and a very nice very large washer and dryer on the two top floors. The ground floor has a screened-in area with the hot tub, two outside showers, a covered patio for grilling and chilling, and plenty of space for bicycles and beach stuff, And the elevator to get groceries and luggage to the living areas is most convenient! The property is well thought out and maintained, and Daniel (the host) quickly responded to any questions we had. It was a wonderful July 4th week for our family and we will definitely return! I have no hesitation recommending Spacious Oasis on Saint George Island for your next beach getaway!

We enjoyed our week at the Spacious Oasis and would definitely recommend to others! The walk to the beach was 3 blocks, but a very quick, easy walk. The house was very clean and well decorated. We had a party of 9 and liked that everyone had plenty of space without being on top of one another. The only recommendation would be to provide more cook ware and mixing bowls. We cooked everyday and for our larger group, could have used more. A very small inconvience though! Would definitely book again!

Very spacious and accommodating for 10 ladies. The elevator was a huge plus for my 80 year old mom, Some enjoyed the Short 2 block Walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart from Journey’s for carting chairs and umbrellas . They were all very easy to communicate with and met the needs of our wonderful stay. I highly recommend this venue!

This house is everything it's advertised to be. You will love the Gulf breeze and the spacious living quarters. Plenty of amenities. I would stay here again.

It was spacious and cozy! The home itself could have been more clean. We did make the owner aware that the cleaning crew didn’t clean or it seemed to not have been prepped for our arrival. Hopefully it will be fixed for the next tenant!

We had a great Easter weekend in this comfortable home. Wish there had been written Instructions on wifi. And operating the cable ( password) we were not able to get certain channels. Also, maybe an independent trash collection because we drove in with two full trash cans overflowing with trash from the renters before us and we had to keep trash in the screened area downstairs to keep the racoons out and then pile on top on Monday morning. The hit tub was an added luxury!

Nice decor and plenary of rooms and bathrooms. Two sitting areas - one on each floor was a fun bonus. My father is used to having a TV and needs the elevator. TV was only available though our own private accounts. Parents arrived first and the elevator had to be opened a special way so we had to close interior elevator gate -the fix was an instructional video, very easy to follow . Easy fix. Golf cart rental was great - we close enough to restaurants, beach and shopping to walk or take the cart.

Really enjoyed our stay at the house. Great location with plenty of room.

The house was very spacious and furnished very nicely. The kitchen was well stocked and the house accommodated our group perfectly for our needs. Would rent again for sure.

All the amenities plus a view. Offers everything needed for a relaxing getaway.

His quick response time to any questions I had is commendable…the property was exactly what I was expecting and more based off of the online pictures… Checkin/Checkout was effortless….we extended our stay and that process was also effortless! This home was amazing! The living room is very spacious and accommodating at max capacity. The views were incredible and the walk to the beach was very short. Hot tub was a major plus. The host was responsive and helpful with anything we needed but Over all it was super smooth without any issues at all! We have already talked about booking this place again next year!
