Our group of friends enjoyed our 4 night stay. We frequented the Stockyards which was a short walk or Uber away. The location was perfect for us, we attended an event at Dickies arena, Farrington field and the Will Roger's memorial center. The house was spacious enough for our group, bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated us well. The decor of the house was perfect for the location. We did have issues with the AC our first night but it was addressed immediately by the owner. The rest of our stay was great!.

This was a girls trip with 3 of my friends to visit the stockyards. We were able to walk there each day and find loads of activities to do close by. When the day led into the evening hours it was very easy to cash a uber home within a couple of minutes. The house was clean and spacious and was more than we could have wanted. The theme was perfect for being close to the stockyards. They even had a reference for places to visit for the 'vibe' you are going for which we used and was so helpful. Host was responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!

The home was uniquely and beautifully appointed. Very close to the Stockyards and the city of Fort Worth!

Property was just as advertised - clean, comfortable and well equipped. Three teens each had their own space while my husband and I enjoyed having the master bedroom and bath to ourselves. We left early and came home late as we explored Fort Worth and Dallas and the house was a good home base. I appreciate the host’s flexibility and direct communication for some timing shifts in our plans.

This home is an older home a short walk to the Ft Worth Stockyards. It had everything we needed for our stay. The fenced yard was very nice with a covered seating area and picnic tables. There are several areas for people to hang out in and a double garage for parking a small car.
Unfortunately, the neighborhood is very loud. There were many loud cars driving by late at night. The host has supplied sound machines in the bedrooms which helped a bit.

All in all great time. Drove to Waco for day and was at Stockyards for 3 nights. Was perfect distance to walk.

Our stay was great. Just as it was described and was very comfortable, relaxed, and had plenty of space. Nice to have use of a garage and not have to worry about parking down at the stockyards which was in east walking distance (a couple of blocks). Host was very responsive with any questions we had.

The location is perfect for enjoying the stockyards. I have nothing but nice things to say about the way this property is managed. It is adorably decorated in Western theme to match the stockyards. Highly recommend!

Housekeeper left a couple things not swept up and there were sheets left in the dryer which we folded. Second bathroom faucets in the shower need to be replaced. Other than that very cozy and comfortable. Host is very accommodating and we stay here every year we come. No major complaints. Overall great place to stay.

Great overall experience. Very good “social space” and walking distance to stockyards.
Interior design was a perfect match for a cowboy themed party in the stockyards.

This home is perfectly located .. 10 min. Walk to the Stock Yards, bars and restaurants. Super clean, spacious, the host was always quick to get back to us with any questions. The back yard grill was perfect for dinners in, the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans for large breakfasts .. we would 100% stay here again!!

It was really easy to get to all the sites, and we loved that about this property. The home was very clean. The main living area could have used more comfortable seating, but we weren't there that much for it to matter. The kitchen had the basics and was easy to use.
When we first arrived, we were nervous about the location. We could hear the noise from the bar up the block. Once we got comfortable, we felt fine...and the location made it easy for us to walk to the Stockyards.

The house was well appointed and the western theme was perfect for our stay near the stockyards. Easy walking distance to the all the stockyard area has to offer.
The house itself is on the edge of a lower income area, but the patrons at the local bar were friendly and there was no issue with regards to safety. Would definitely stay there again.
