It was very good place but bit noise from cars driving up and down but overall very satisfied.

Everything was great . Easy parking , close to town , room was clean with good wi fi . We appreciated being able to check in on arrival , before 1400 .

The 'Family' room was booked for 6 people, 4 children, 2 adults. Only 4 beds were available - whilst the booking was for 5 beds. Typically, we can use a further double/queen to add two kids onto one bed - but these were only singles, against what was booked. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. We found dust and dirt in various corners, and the bathroom seemed to have been hastily cleaned, with lingering odors that were quite unpleasant. Furthermore, the addition of a trundle bed was a truly disturbing sight and smell. The mattress was disgusting both to look at and to smell. It was evident that proper hygiene standards were not maintained. Shockingly, even the manager didn't realize that the room had a trundle bed, indicating a lack of attention to detail and oversight in maintaining the room's condition. Moreover, the customer service was severely lacking. When we approached the staff about the discrepancy in bed arrangements and the unsanitary conditions, they were unapologetic and unhelpful, offering no viable solutions or compensation for the inconvenience caused. Overall, our experience at this hotel was highly disappointing and fell far short of our expectations. We will not be returning and cannot in good conscience recommend it to others. I believe EXPEDIA should be pulling this listing from available hotels in the Bundaberg area.

Toilet not working, unflushed when we got there. Cleaners???? Getting electricity shocks from the shower taps. Shower floor greasy. Won't be back.

The staff were very accommodating. We couldn’t get one of the bigger real family rooms as we arrived a bit late. But, our booking terms were still honored by the staff.

Room hadn’t been cleaned this was at checking time 2pm didn’t feel comfortable staying there reception did refund some of my money but still waiting for the rest to be refunded to my card. Not feeling very hopeful, would not recommend.

Ive been charged $122 for nothing, i didn't stay here it was cancelled but i. Still changed for the room.i hope i can change this re view saying my money will be refunded.To be continued

Had to keep ringing manager for service, office was open but no body there. There was no milk or coffee cups in room. Lights were left on in under cover parking which lit up the room all night. Would not stay there again

Not well managed, poor repairs

This property has people permanently living there in the rooms. They gather outside smoking and drinking. The room was lovely, but wasn’t impressed with the clientele living there

Liked the comfortable room and the quietness Would have liked to be able to watch a smart TV and netflex

The hotel is located a side walk width away from a busy service road and highway. The road noise was unrelenting during the entire stay! The Wifi didn't work and when we notified the staff shortly after sign in, they said they'd look into it but the service did not return until the next morning shortly before we had to check out. The staff was dismissive about the Wifi issue. Do not stay at this hotel... a park bench would be better!

Great stay and, clearly, lots of work done by all to make it as easy and comfortable as possible. Excellent.

Close to a road bridge .Lot of road noise. Economical prices so if you want 'quiet' you pay more elsewhere

The toilet and bathroom were in a differnt room and shared. It was very unclean. This was not mentioned in the advertisement.

T.V. remote didn't work the toilet wouldn't turn off unless you turned it off at the tap under the toilet. No where to hang towels.

I did not like the very strong bleach smell in the room not sure if it was an outside smell or coming from aircon once it was turned of the smell subsided. Otherwise it served the purpose
