This is a beautiful clean house that sits perfectly on the island. Lots of beach things to use! Pool guy came 3 times. Will love to stay again.

We had a great time here. The location was perfect. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were resolved quickly. We would definitely return!

This house is in a great location and the inside is spacious! The only downside was that the outdoor areas were a bit dirty. We spent an hour or so picking up dead palm branches, hosing down the windows, patio, pool area, tables and chairs. This didn't bother us at all but I think it is worth noting for future guests.

We had a great stay! Our family was there and we have an almost two year old. The backyard and kitchen areas were perfect! I lvoed that the backyard and pool had a fence between them. It was great with a young one. We also loved the outdoor space because it was covered from the sun and had ample seating area. We had a couple questions about things when we arrived and the rental property was quick to respond to our needs. Would stay here again! The location is also fantastic. Seemed centrally located and you can also walk to stores and restaurants too!

The house was in a perfect location easy to walk to the surrounding stores and restaurants riding bikes around the island was also very accessible. The owners of the house, although do you need to update the mattresses in the beds, and they were caving in in some areas where people have slap the pillows when she took off the pillowcases were stained so they really need to update their pillows as well or put pillow protectors on them that might do it but everything else was perfect. The pool area loved that and we would definitely stay here again just a thought for the owners to always update mattresses so your guests are comfortable

We LOVED this home! It was perfect for us. Four bedrooms with three baths gave everyone privacy. Everything was very clean and fresh! We loved the outdoor space too...we ate outside, used the grill, and loved the pool! I highly recommend this property!!

House is in an excellent location, easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had a lot of fun in the pool and the covered outdoor patio.

Endless Summer is a charming one-story home that fit our big family beautifully. The gorgeous blue heated swimming pool was the best part. Our granddaughters happily swam for hours. We requested the heat on the pool and it was perfect. We had a little glitch with the heat one day and they sent someone to fix it immediately. The fence around the pool also was wonderful, so that we could have extra peace of mind about helping keep the kids from running into the pool. The beach also was just two blocks away and we could walk to so many great restaurants. Lovely family memories in a lovely house!

Had a fun time with family with a cold snap kept us indoors but did get to enjoy once it warmed up. Kitchen was fully stocked. One mattress was not to our liking, but it was a great stay!

The outdoor space was perfect. The pool is nice and private and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The house comes with plenty of pool/beach towels. There is a nice outdoor eating/lounge area. Well stocked kitchen but bring your own everything when it comes to food (salt pepper spices etc). Really large kitchen that is open to the living area. Rooms were great including the large bathrooms. And they were well stocked with towels Outdoor shower comes in handy when you are coming in from the beach… which is a short block and a half walk. Make sure you walk to see the sunsets! Anna Maria Life Vacation rentals was amazing with all the communications prior to our visit. The house was ready on time and the instructions to access were perfect.

Our experience was fantastic! We will definitely look to stay at this property on our future visits to AMI!

Single level house which was nice for older family. Pool was nice size. We paid extra for the higher heat and it was at that temp or above the entire week. Within walking distance of beach, restaurants, bars, liquor stores, pharmacies and grocery store. Well furnished. My only issue which is small was no hand soap dispensers, no basic spices, extra toilet paper, paper towels and only a few garbage bags. I guess that could be because of COVID. None the less, we had a great time and I would recommend this rental property.

You would think that with the cost of rental, you can expect some level of comfort. This house doesn’t have salt and peppers!! Absolutely nothing.

House was very nice but the beds were terrible

House was spacious and yet cozy. My family and I spend 2 weeks on Endless Summer house during early December 2020. We were looking for a place quiet, away from too much people and were my kids could finish their virtual school and university classes. Place was perfect because each one has its own room where they concentrate on their online classes. We enjoy very much walking to the beach on the afternoons and watch the sunset. On weekends we touristed the island by bike, walking and on the free trolley the island has. Lovely beaches, nice locally owned restaurants, very warm people. Love the house, the bbq. Only minor issues: temperature of the heated pool was not that heated and could not use it because it was almost cold, cabinets and silver ware were dirty with traces of food (we have to wash everything before using for the first time), although the house is for 8 people, hot water only lasts for showers of 2 persons, 3rd person will have to shower with warm/ almost cold water. Other than those minor issues, the house is great!!!! Would rent again and recommend it

The home was beautiful! Wonderful layout & perfect for our extended family of grandparents, children & grandchildren. Plenty of space, seating etc. A bonus was finding a few pool toys/beach chairs in the outdoor storage! Very short walk to the beach! We loved it! The only complaint we had is that the beds were very uncomfortable!

It was close to the beach and stores. Property was well organized. Had a problem with refrigerator water and ice maker but management took care of it right away. Relaxing stay.

Endless Summer was very nice. The outside covered patio is a perfect way to get out of the sun and relax. We love having ground level, no stairs.

We needed one level accommodation for Parents,Grandparents and lively toddler. Very smart but relaxed decor, fenced off Pool area and upmarket covered dining and relaxing area, with view of pool. Good quality kitchenware and laundry facilities. Lovely ensuite bathroom, but the lever shower dial defeated us as we got soaked in freezing water trying to adjust to warm flow. Pool temperature was ideal. Easy walk to Ugly Grouper which has good facilities for families. Cafe on the Beach has music every evening, with good choice of food and drink.

Need some TLC in the cleaning department. Probably time for some new pillows, mattresses, and bedspreads. Missing blinds and couldn't open them without them falling off in master bedroom. Previous guests must have had pets, long hair on indoor and outdoor furniture. We had to have gas can delivered the first day and the pool looked at.

We enjoyed every aspect of the ES house...especially the proximity of the pool to the house. Though a bit noisy due to the tile floors throughout, we rated it the best overall house/vacation we’ve had over the four years we have been taking spring breaks with our grandchildren!

A great place with a nicely stocked kitchen. Place was clean and tidy, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The fenced in pool was a real bonus for us when our young grandchildren came to visit. The Anna Maria Island Accommodation staff were most helpful and courteous in all our dealings with them. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

We stayed in the house with our two adult daughters, son in law and granddaughter for 10 days and enjoyed it very much. For a family it hit just the right note for a beach house; a cool, clean space that worked well without being too precious. The fenced pool was really valuable with a two-year old in the group. It would be hard to improve this house for a relaxed stay very close to a perfect family beach but some improvements to the equipment (radio, pots and pans, etc.) would be welcome. Serious cooks need some better equipment but not everyone wants to cook on vacation - although we do! Many thanks for the opportunity to rent this house.

We have very much enjoyed our stay at Endless Summer. This is a great vacation house, located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It sits majestically on a large lot with lush landscaping, beautifully maintained lawn, and a large pool. The house is tastefully decorated and furnished. It has a generous layout, and the living and dining room has high, vaulted ceilings. All amenities we could think of were there. A short stroll, and there’s the wonderful gulf beach (we enjoyed the great sunsets!), and not far away there are some excellent eateries such as Eat Here, Hurricane Hanks or even the Beach Bistro. Our stay at Endless Summer on beautiful Anna Maria Island was about the best we ever had in Florida.

This is a lovely house & we had a wonderful visit. Very close & easy walk to the beach, beautifully landscaped & heated pool was great, loved cooking in the gorgeous kitchen. Would stay at Endless Summer again without hesitation.
