I was there for leisure with my mother. The place was awful! I paid over 7kfor six nights, and it was horrible. When I first arrived at the apartment (302), the sofa had a hole in it, and it smelled like weed. The cushions were dirty and had a dent smell to them. I spoke to the manager, and she changed my apartment room, but "first impressions last, "and I wouldn't recommend this place!

Self catering was excellent and cleanliness was what I expected for my stay.

I could not reach anyone at reception via cellphone or office phone. The place was noisy.

The location is good, and the place and its facilities are top class.

Its a noisy place. Guests play loud music and seem to be partying all day and night. Bathroom mat was filthy. Towels were not enough. The next day we had to request towels. The unit was infested with cockroaches. The bathrooms have not wrack to keep shampoos and soaps. There is no place for the toothbrushes etc.

the apartment needs to be fumigated as there were quite a few cockroaches, especially in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

It was clean with nice furniture and big enough for my colleagues and I.

We couldn’t use the elevator. we were not informed of the loadshedding schedule.

The area is safe and easy to get around and it's close to gateway mall.

Sunday a guy walked onto my room 310 whilst I was naked and about to take a shower...It look like an honest mistake because he has a key written 310 but a bit faded,you guys need to update your card keys frequently and disconnect all keys that have ever gone missing to avoid any more situations like mine...that really made me uncomfortable and at that moment I didn't feel safe at all..

The place was very neat, clean & great location. Some staff were very friendly & helpful. Other staff can improve.

There was no sponge & dish cloth for dishes. There were no additional toilet rolls. On the last day we had no toilet rolls. Staff promised to bring but never did.
