We did a mom/daughter trip for the weekend. Amazing location. Beautiful view of downtown Waco. Fabulous loft condo with everything you need for a fantastic visit. Walking distance to EVERYTHING. We will be back for sure! Thank you for letting us stay at your gorgeous space in Waco.

This condo was in the perfect location for a weekend getaway. We were able to walk to the Silos, Farmer’s Market, restaurants in downtown and Baylor’s campus. The condo itself was clean and spacious for our family. We are looking forward to more stays in the condo!

Absolutely perfect in so many ways - the decor, amenities, location to Magnolia and the VIEW of the silos!! I love that they thought of every need - even to remove the window screen on the far left windows in the living room so you had unobstructed view of the silos for pictures!! BUT - it's BRIGHT at night - thank God I brought a blackout curtain with me for the bedroom window or else I'd never get any sleep. It's also LOUD - there's the train that comes through at 3? 4 am? Whistle blowing constantly to herald it's arrival - but that's only during the week - so thank goodness Friday/Sat. night didn't have that. But - there's also a bar/club directly below the building - which pumps music very loudly until 2am every night. Hence the very well thought out and appreciated amenities in the unit of earplugs and noise machines - which once you're there you go ohhhhh... ok... lol But the LOCATION can't be beat. Walking distance to restaurants and the Silos was absolutely amazing. All in all I'd stay again in a heartbeat but would bring stronger earplugs ;)

What a fantastic loft! Great location right next to fabled coffee shop, unit is on the 6th floor with panoramic views. Beautiful unit, tastefully decorated, beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped with everything you will need! There is some downtown noise, but AC and fans drown most of it out.Will definitely hope this unit is available for our next visit to Waco!

I have made 7 trips to Waco and have stayed at some wonderful properties, this one was my favorite by far! have a son in his 3rd year at Baylor and this was conveniently located to his school and was close to the Silos and wonderful eateries. The management company addressed a couple issues right away and were most attentive and accommodating. I can’t wait to stay there again!

4 of us came from Salt Lake for the Utah/Baylor football game. This property was a great location for proximity to the stadium and Silos. We really liked it and will stay again if we are able to return in the future. The only negative is the loud music from the nightclub next door that booms until early in the AM

Location was amazing! Super clean, had everything you could possibly need and more. Will definitely book again. Nothing negative to say at all we loved it.

Absolutely stunning condo! Plenty of stuff to do within walking distance including shops, Magnolia, walk along the river walk, bars and restaurants. Loved Pignetti’s Italian restaurant and Pivovar. Great vibes, food and drinks. Margaritas at Hecho en Waco were great. Short walk to Magnolia and little shops. Overall fantastic would surely stay here again!

This condo itself is absolutely amazing and don’t forget the views out the 6th story windows. Large rooms, awesome bathrooms and great restaurants within walking distance. Ps, so is the Magnolia fun.

This loft was the perfect place for our girl's weekend! Location was great, we were able to walk to Magnolia Silos and numerous restaurants and shopping spots! The loft had everything we needed along with space with 3 full baths. Very clean, easy check-in and safe area! The music from the bars is a bit loud at night but honestly didn't bother us. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying here! It was adorable, clean, had a beautiful view, and a wonderful bookstore and coffee shop right out front of the building. We would definitely stay here again.

My family of 4 (with 2 teenage boys) & elder parents stayed here as a stopping place in Texas & to explore Waco and we loved it! Boys thought it was “cool” and parents thought it was well decorated & easy to walk to magnolia silos, restaurants & Dr Pepper museum. Beds comfortable, anything & everything you need in kitchen, amazingly comfortable sectional, showers beautiful & the location was perfect! You can see the silos from the large beautiful windows. I always take wipes to clean when we stay places, but my wipes stayed white! I cannot tell you how a dirty place can ruin your trip, but not this place! They provided snacks which came in handy since we got in so late & we felt safe at night in are area! The tvs are large & have all the apps you may use to watch your shows. They didn’t seem to forget anything. Only 2 things I would share-just in case-but were not issues for us is the rooms are upstairs. They have a pull out bed downstairs if you have very elderly members or small children because the stairs are concrete & we were near a railroad track but they had these sound machine fans & ear plugs provided. We cannot say enough about this loft style city rental! Been comparing our rentals to it since!
