Really nice house in terms of size and floor plan. Parking is funky and a little difficult as it’s directed toward the back alley. We had a small graduation party and couldn’t use the front door (street address). Property Manager very responsive. Cleaning crew missed some things.

The house was very nice stocked with necessary supplies and despite the surrounding neighborhood it was very peaceful. Communication with the host was great contact numbers worked.

Short drive to the convention center! Very clean and We will be staying here again next year.

Loved the house, clean and comfy

The neighborhood wasn’t the nicest, but the house itself was well stocked with books and games for kids and we were a 4 minute drive from the children’s museum! The house was very nicely renovated. We would absolutely stay there again!

Great home and stay. Communication was timely and helpful. Only recommendation would be better utensils and sturdier dining chairs.

We had a long weekend and decided to travel to Indy on a whim from Columbus, OH. The house set up was great for two adults and three kids. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and living space. We had to reach out to the property manager for some assistance getting in and for the lock on the front door but he was very helpful and able to fix it promptly. The neighborhood doesn’t make you feel super safe (many cars broken into and boarded up houses) however parking in the garage was perfect and otherwise felt safe.

Initially we were a bit skeptical about the area, but honestly it was very quiet and the house was done beautifully. It was a pleasant surprise that anything you needed was there and communication was excellent. Only wish there was a covering over the kitchen window. Overall great stay and would definitely stay here again if in Indianapolis.

We arrived late at night and were somewhat concerned about our safety in the immediate neighborhood. Many of the houses had wrought iron security bars on the windows and doors. We were not dissuaded by the modest but potentially up-and-coming community. The hosts provided step-by-step instructions on how to access the two car garage and back entrance to the house. Once we entered the house, via security code, we were pleasantly relieved to find a very clean and tastefully decorated residence. This a beautifully restored older home. All accommodations were provided. We later discovered it to be an eclectic neighborhood. There is a small park across the back alley, frequented by families. The neighborhood children laughing and playing could be heard. We visited the nearby downtown area about 10 minutes away, which had lots of great restaurants. We had a great time.

Nice clean home with a helpful host. Would certainly recommend and return.

Very nice property, extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Having a garage was great for parking our cars and the use of the MyQ app was great to enter and exit the garage. Communication was excellent with the host and check-in was easy. Plenty of room for a family of 8 adults. Would highly recommend this property and we would stay again when we are in Indy.

Great property close to downtown. Inside house is great!

We found it to be very roomy, and comfortable! Nice outside porchs and garage was a plus. Very well furnished and had everything you needed. Kitchen had everything a person could want. We highly suggest this property if staying for a few days in Indianapolis.

There was plenty of room, and the location was central to everything we needed. There were a couple of issues with appliances that were resolved quickly by good communication with management.

This is a beautifully renovated home centrally located to be close to everything. Communication with the host was great!
