Much gratitude for accommodating us with connecting rooms! Well done all around: competent and hospitable service, modern technology in the bathrooms, immaculately clean rooms, expedient room service and delectable menu for both breakfast and dinner. A favorite stay in all of Turkey!

One of the best stays in Turkey. New hotel with modern amenities, well trained staff, and a great view over Izmir. Very clean, excellent food, and once again, I will commend the exceptional and professional staff.

Das Entertainment mit Istinye Park war sehr vielfältig.
Sehr hochwertiges Interieur mit sehr schönem Panoramablick über Izmir mit Balkon Zimmer.
Alacati 40 min mit Pkw und Cesme 30 min. Werde in Zukunft nur hier übernachten. Danke an das Personal Housekeeping und Rezeption immer hilfsbereit. Weiter so. 👏

Alles war insgesamt gut außer der Spa bereich muss man aufpassen da wird man über dem Tisch gezogen für 1 Stunde masage 5200TL. man wurde vorher nicht richtig drauf informiert.

Alles! Sauberes Hotel. Das Bad ein Traum. Grosses Zimmer. Der Pool super. Nicht besonders gross, reicht aber komplett aus. Das Wasser war nur extrem kalt gewesen ;-)
Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!
Das Frühstück war sehr mau. Die Auswahl war sehr klein, wie ich finde. Man merkt dort, dass das Frühstück eher wie B&B ist. Recht übersichtlich und einfach. Für ein 5-Sterne Hotel und für Hyatt hätte ich mehr erwartet.
Die Mitarbeiter sahen immer so unglücklich aus. Das nervte.

Le petit déjeuner était super, et la chambre était vraiment propre. l'hôtel est bien situé et vraiment j'ai apprécié mon séjour à cet établissement. Je recommande et je referai une réservation pour mon prochain voyage
Tout était parfait! Pour la télévision il serait bien d'avoir des applications telles que Netflix, HBO etc..

All the staff was exceptionally good
Breakfast could be better specially the bread was dry all the time and there is no soup, as you know the soup is very important in turkish breakfast traditions

عدم شرح و توضيح طريقة الذهاب للمول من داخل الفندق .. و انصح للذهاب للمول من البوابة الخارجية افضل

Very central location close to the metro which drives throughout the city and to a really nice mall with restaurants, shopping and also drug and retail stores. The facility is in a posh area , you’ll get a great view on the waterfront and the facilities are high end class , the staff is super friendly and very helpful!
