Spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed with everything you need provided. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the hosts were super friendly and helpful above and beyond our expectation. Easy to park and a good pub with a fabulous Pizza Barn right opposite. We had a great evening. It was heartwarming to find a young couple with such a fabulous warm, outgoing and thoroughly professional approach to their business.

This is a lovely and homely property with a very accommodating host :) Myself and my partner stayed in a beautiful and modern en suite room with a king size bed! Perfect location for if you’re planning a trip to Alton Towers! The Huntsman pub opposite serves delicious pizzas and sides.

Abbey was more than accommodating, it was my sons 8th birthday and I sent her banners and balloons, Abbey was able to get it all ready for when we arrived it was a great surprise. She had fabulous food recommendations and the room was lovely and cosy. My son loved his stay - he said the bed was so comfy. It was very modern and clean and Abbey was so kind and helpful.

It was absolutely perfect,the place we had stayed in the previous night was a complete disaster and should not be allowed to trade with booking.com. We had booked for 2 days,but had to get out ASAP the next day,so to compare Abbeys and and this other place. We'll,absolutely no comparison. Abbey is a lady who takes pride in not just her establishment,but also pride in the way she treats her guests. It's not just a money cow to her. Across the road (literally) the Huntsman pub,which 100% does the best pizza myself and girlfriend have ever had. The bed,after the previous night's debacle,what a lovely pice of bed heaven. Shower fantastic,powerful and clean water (lol) some places even the water feels dirty (lol) Abbey you're a credit to the hospitality section and thankyou from myself and girlfriend. Location, cleanliness, amenities, everything

Although this property was in someone’s house it felt very private and like we were the only ones hear the house felt calm and inviting and check in was smooth easy and Abbies parents were both very welcoming. Very lovely room exceptionally comfortable beds awesome shower. Perfect for a tow night mini break

The road outside can get a little noisy at times but didn’t bother us to much

Just what we needed

Friendly with great communications prior to the stay. Very modern and smart rooms and bathrooms (we took two for the family), comfortable beds. Kids enjoyed their stay and slept well at back of house. Would be excellent if not for the road noise at front of house...

Road noise was extreme as located on a fast straight road and crossroads. So noisy it seemed like the windows (despite being a new build) were stuck open (they weren't!), and cars like to race around here until 2am on a Sat morning. Got woken up by cars and lorries passing. If you're used to road noise then no problem and you'll be happy. Also, was disappointing that our double room had a heavy winter duvet on the bed so we were cooking and with the road noise unable to open a window. Would have appreciated a breakfast option but the local Moshi cafe was pretty good. Also spotted a little bloodstain on the bathroom wall near towel rail which seemed out of place for such a clean room, so guessing it got missed at last clean...

Stay at Abbey's Inn after a day at Alton Towers. Had a warm welcome from Abbey recommending places to eat with a pub on her doorstep being a winner. Wouldn't hesitate in staying here again.

What a magic place. Very clean and modern. Reminded me of the 5 star places that I've stayed in. I'm podgy so was very pleased that the walk in shower accommodated me.

Everything from start to finish! The people who owned the property were the most loving kindest people you’ll meet! Made me and my other half feel so welcome! They showed us around and gave us loads of advice for the local area as we weren’t from around there! They showed us there animals in a separate part of the property and it was amazing really made our trip away 10x better! Prices were incredible for what we got! The rooms were lovely with a desk full of information and a snack for us both! The bathroom was pristine & we were provided with everything such as toilet rolls, body wash, shampoo! The lot, the bed was super comfy and I didn’t want to wake up because I had such a good night sleep! Both the owners were super helpful especially around dinner time to recommend what places we could go and eat! Abbey had messaged me the day I booked it and had kept in contact and done everything that was requested and made it a lot lot better! Apologies for the late review! 10/10 would recommend Me and my other half went to Alton tower and this was about a 15/20 minute drive and was the perfect place to stay! There was parking out front & I know my car was safe & everyone we met from the household that day was so lovely! We was given our own key in case we wanted to go out & it had a lovely stone on it and made it all very special! Thank you again for taking us out and shows us the car and the ducks that really made it a special day (especially for my other half) I can’t wait for our next stay at Alton towers as we will be back using you guys! Not to mention either yo have a lovely size tv in your room and an lovely big mirror to get ready in!

No breakfast, just a room, as expected, but tea and biscuits was provided, and details of local cafés etc. Parking across the road was easy and the host was friendly and welcoming.

Lovely room, an area allocated in the fridge and everything was clean and well presented. Abbey was lovely and couldn’t be more helpful.

Not really a didn’t like about the property but something to be aware of. It is on a main road and therefore you hear the traffic in the morning.

It was a convenient location for a day trip to Alton Towers. And we were given a fantastic recommendation for breakfast the following morning.

the host abbey was so friendly and helpful, the house was absolutely gorgeous! we were made feel so comfortable and I would absolutely stay here again the next time we go on a trip to Alton towers. we left something behind and abbey has been more than accommodating trying to organise to get it back to us.

Great place, lovely and spacious bedroom at the back of the house, good parking space across the road, good bathroom, and Abbey is the perfect host!

Nearby traffic caused some noise, but that's it.

The lady who owned it was very helpful and patient when she heaped me booka second roo. It was a lovely place.to stay highly recommend it
