We absolutely loved our stay! The house felt like home with a bonus view of the gorgeous lake. The home was clean and packed with every day use products/appliances. We had a peaceful and joyful time. We stayed during Christmas and really appreciated that there was a tree lit in the family room. The host was easy to get in touch with if any questions. Thank you!

Pictures do not show accurate portrayal of property. Needs a deep cleaning, repairs and paint. Holes in walls. Ceiling patch not finished. Water stains on ceiling. Baseboards very dirty and marred. Doors had dirty handprints. Bathroom rugs were dirty. We left a day early just because we weren’t comfortable in condition of home. Christmas tree in home had two sections of lights out which really spoke about condition of home itself. Owner sent email asking for a five star review and if we couldn’t give a good review to give him a chance to make it right. Sent an email indicating the above issues and he never responded. Hence I am submitting this review. I have rented many VRBO properties, and this is the first negative review I have ever written.

Great location, beautiful house

Home was immaculate and beautifully appointed with all necessities to accommodate our party of 6 with more than enough room for more. The location of this home was in a beautiful, quiet and peaceful neighborhood along the Taneycomo river. Close to all Branson activities we had planned. The owner and team managers were always available with prompt anwsers to any questions we had. Would, definitely, stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you., Adam for making our family reunion so enjoyable!

The property had issues; such as a ceiling leak and a smoke alarm that went off at 5:00 in the morning, The response on the alarm was slow and had to be disabled by my party.

My family and I had a GREAT TIME in Hollister, MO. The property was clean, spacious and most of all COMFORTABLE. Whether it was family dinner time, movie night or family game time…the property allowed for all to happen. The property manager informed me before arrival that I would enjoy my stay. And WE did!….it was a GREAT FAMILY TIME.

Great place to stay with our children and grandchildren. Dead end road was great for walks and the grandkids to ride their bike with us. Loved everything about the house and the lake/river outside our back door. Yes, I would recommend this house!

We enjoyed the location & home as it was right on the water and views were beautiful. It is also not far from all the area attractions. Only reason I did not give it the overall 5 stars was because we had 14 in our group but did not get to sleep comfortably with all 14. The bedroom & bathroom located above the garage were unbearably hot and not usable during our stay. So 4 of our group slept on couches and cushions in the main part of the house. I do realize that temperatures were “out of the norm” while we were visiting but any temperature over 88-90 during summer months will make that room hard to use.

We had 8 women stay for a girl' vacation and had plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. Wonderful vacation. Nice location.

We had an amazing weekend here celebrate our parents’ 50th Anniversary. We had 6 adults, 4 kids, and 2 babies and we all wanted to stay longer! The house is huge…so spacious and light with huge windows facing the river. There was so much seating space and different zones for games or movies or whatever without interrupting conversation. The kitchen had all that we needed for light cooking and we all enjoyed coffee on the patio both mornings. The table was large enough to seat all of us comfortably and everything felt very clean and comfortable. The kids had a great time fishing even though they didn’t catch anything. 😄 We all hope to be back!! Thanks so much for a perfect place for our family to get away to.

Awesome location. Super clean. Quiet with few neighbors. Check in was very easy. Check out also easy. We’re already planning our next trip and will stay here again. Few minutes to Branson Landing, one exit away from the strip. Had everything stocked that we could need. Brought our fishing poles and fished right in the backyard.

This house had the most beautiful view! It had everything we could want and more for a family trip! The space was perfect for 3 families but could of added another family to the mix if needed! The game area was a fun addition and made for some fun competition! So Grateful we found this place! We will definitely try to book the same house if we choose to stay near Branson!

We had 12 people and really enjoyed ourselves. The weather was quite hot but the house stayed quite cool. We had plenty of space and sleeping quarters. The kitchen was great, with plenty of good meals prepared. We had four cars and only one parked in the street. We were 20 minutes or less from Silver Dollar City (except for traffice :}, White Water, Haygoods, and Stampede, enjoying all of them a lot. There were stores close by: grocery, Walmart, Walgreens.

We booked this property for a vacation with my grandparents, mother, siblings and their spouses, and our teenager kiddos. My grandparents need a main floor master and this looked perfect for our crew. The house is wonderful! We had plenty of space to spread out. We all slept very well as there are comfortable beds in every room and lots of extra bedding/pillows provided. The closets in the bedrooms are some of the largest I’ve seen! It’s great to have a place to put clothes and suitcases. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, a griddle, even an instant pot! There’s a coffee maker and a Keurig, with some coffee supplies in the cabinet. There was plenty of storage room in the cabinets for the additional items we brought and food we purchased when we arrived. We found dishwasher detergent, lots of kitchen cloths, paper towels, and a few trash bags under the kitchen sink which was a very pleasant surprise! So many rentals don’t provide them. The laundry room was large and also had some detergent provided. We didn’t need it, but found a high chair and pack n play tucked away in there. We enjoyed the game closet filled with games for all ages and discovered a few new games we can’t wait to purchase and play again at home! The foosball, pool table, and ping pong tables provided lots of entertainment for us as we had tournaments with each one. Equipment for all is provided in plenty! The guys in our family love to fish and they fished all week long! It would have been nice to have a dock (this is the only house without on that we saw) but my nephew was able to catch a 19.5 inch trout which is rare and very exciting! We had a delicious fish dinner at the end of the week with all that they caught. Each evening we migrated outside to enjoy the fire pit. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful porch, drinking coffee and watching the fisherman go by on their boats. All in all we needed a quiet, relaxing vacation where we could spend lots of quality time together and this house perfectly suited our needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again should we return to the area. The hosts, Candice and Adam, were attentive to our questions and very responsive.

We absolutely loved the house being next to the lake and it’s close proximity to downtown Hollister and Branson. Quiet neighborhood and peaceful evenings. Our kiddos loved the foosball, pool and ping pong tables. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space since we were traveling with friends. The host’s communication was also great and very quick. We will be back in the future.

Very nice property, well stocked kitchen, great beds, great view of river. But it does not have a dock to fish from or easy walk down to river. Those fishing were unhappy with this. Pool table and ping pong table were great. Everyone enjoyed both! But some small details need to be addressed - The bedroom above garage needs attention to molding, paint, door was broken, there were areas in the house that needs some finishing touches.

Let me say how much we enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and so well decorated. The Christmas tree was such a nice touch. We lovedthe view of the lake. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed having so many bathrooms available. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances worked well. The house was very clean and well maintained. Separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs was an added benefit. During our stay, the weather changed so that we used both the A/C and the heating - both worked well and quietly. The wi-fi reception was good and we enjoyed having so many options for TV.

This property was beautiful and in a great location! There were a few issues but we were able to work through them! We will definitely stay here again!

The property is very spacious. The property had something for everyone to do. We really enjoy the back deck watching the people on the lake fishing. The neighbors was nice, sat outside and talk with us. The kitchen was fully equipped. The best part of the house was the master bedroom bathroom... the bathroom was to die for. The property owner was awesome. He was always good at responding whenever i had a question or concern. Thank you from my family, we do plan to come visit again
