very narrow room and far

The location is good and the space is suits for 4 small families. The location is good enough. Parking suits for 4 cars. There are extra towels and beds. The towel and bed well prepared.

The cleanliness. The toilet and floor are dirty. It was not clean properly. Like the cleaner didn't brush the toilet property for more than 2 weeks. The floor is sandy and dusty. If the cleaner clean and mop the floor properly it will not be like that. Outside area was not well maintaned. No furniture outside the house. at least put some chairs for BBQ. The stove cannot be used as there is gas leaking. Informed the host but no reply. All the aircond was old and some are not functioning well (Room downstair). The cleaner come and try to fix it, but after hours it cannot function again. There is no telekom network inside the house and no wifi provided. It really not suitable for working purpose. You cannot acces your socmed and even to make phone call in and out. Oh ya, iron is not provided. You better bring your own for extra happiness.

The 1st floor toilet has remains of other tenants poop when we 1st check in. Other places is clean but... i wish we dont have to go through that experience :( Other than that some notes to other future tenants, late check out will incure rm50 ringgit fees per hour and no iron will be provided. Hope host is more friendly. Homestay is a people business. Not just money business

Excellent property and very convenient to go to Teluk kemang. Super easy check in steps. Property is clean and has a huge space

Located at lovely, quiet neighbourhood with lots of greeneries. Easy to access main attractions, 10 min drive to nice beach, cape rachado or le playa
