Perfect location just around the corner from the main plaza. The hotel is in a very nic historical building. The pool is rather small, but good enough to cool down. Payment with card accepted. Free purified water.

the original room we had, faced the street and it was quite noisy but a great view. maybe request a room facing courtyard or pool area.

Amenities are very old, there was a mold everywhere on the wall around the aircon, very old furniture, old shower ..

It's a beautiful old building right smack in the centre of Merida. You can walk to many restaurants, the cathedral, shopping and the parks within a few minutes. The room was large and clean.

The internet worked well only in the common areas. We also heard a lot of noise until late, but staff was kind enough to ask us whether we wanted to have a balcony toward the street, or preferred a quieter room in the back of the building. The room key comes with a huge piece of wood attached to it, too big to fit in anyones pocket.

My room faced the lovely courtyard atrium. There are no windows proper but it does get fresh air via vents. You can't really have the door open and the shutters on the door do open but the room is kind of dark due to the reflective film on the glass. You can see into the room at night with the shutters open. It's also a little noisy in these rooms with it all being so open. Request a street room

centrally located. hotel was able to hold my luggage until check in time. They call a taxi for us to the airport. loved the hammock in the room. we didn’t have a car but they offer parking for $50 MX pesos per day

our room was pretty small.

Location is very central and close to ADO bus station. Walking distance. Room was large enough for our family of five. Air conditioning was excellent. Free drinking water. Deep pool. Great foyer area to relax. The cleaning staff was very kind.

The location is central to many restaurants and shops. Good view (big doors to the balcony) and the pool was a good to cool off.

The hotel is in need of some restoration/repair and the hallways seem dark at night.

Faded colonial building in the heart of Merida - quite charming. Helpful staff.

Rooms have zero soundproofing - could hear conversations, snoring and the TV of the rooms adjacent well into the night. Also no sign of a pool!

Noise outside. There is a bar right across the street , was too loud till around 3 am. But if you have ear plugs should be fine
