The hotel offers exactly what you need for the price and the location was very good for our purposes.

Maybe they can improve the hot water, but this wasn’t a big deal.

the front desk service and employees were very polite and friendly. the pool was nice for all the kids.

The property is very old and run down, when we arrived I thought it was closed due to all the construction going on, it was so loud I couldn’t hear the front desk employee. Food was just ok, we ordered breakfast by the pool one morning and they took a good while to bring everything. all plates came out with long gaps in between, so we didn’t eat all together. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience but it could have been much better.

Nothing at all

The pictures at the website didn't match the hotel, no running water in the morning, no parking space available, restaurant closed at 1pm, poor quality at my room, worst staff ever, wouldn’t recommend at all! It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The location was great. It was very near from shopping mall.

The view wasn't good, also de air conditioner wasn't working very well. The room was hot.

There were a few problems on arrival, but were all handled immediately and to my satisfaction. I could not ask for anything better. The main desk helped with all of my Acapulco inquiries and what they didn't immediately know, they found out and got back to me with answers. All of the staff were helpful and very pleasant.

The breakfast was just fair. It was a buffet and the variety wasn't particularly interesting. No fresh juices. And no real fruit options, which in Mexico are usually abundant. Just papaya and apples. No Mangoes, no melons, no pineapple. I don't think I saw a banana. However, it was relatively inexpensive. I would have been happy to pay a little more if the selections were more interesting and varied. The service was great.

The housekeeping cleaned the rooms at 6 pm. With a poor attitude. The food was cold. The manager had a poor attitude. The whole property' smelled like the septic tank has a leak
