Good value for the price. Nice location right at the edge of the city. I can tell they modernize the inside recently.

There’s a sign on the dining room table that says it requirement is to leave the house as clean as when we arrived. We paid $100 cleaning fee. I believe in cleaning up after yourself, but don’t prefer to stress about leaving it meticulous after the cleaning fee. 

Estoy super encantada con esta propiedad, extremadamente limpia y cómoda! Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar... Bastante café y pequeños snaks por si sales hacer senderismo. Si te gusta la comida mexicana te recomiendo Restaurant Sierra a 5min caminando! Hay muchísimos lugares para hacer senderismo. Payson siempre estará en primer plano para despejarnos de la ciudad y ahora que encontré esta propiedad volvere con más frecuencia!

Immaculately kept and possibly the most comfortable beds I've experienced yet 😍

Cleaning fee seemed steep for one night (doubled the price of accomodation) - but everything was at such a high standard, our only regret was we couldn't stay longer

The home was really clean. The owners were very communicative and easy to get in touch with. We were provided check information one hour before check in time and the home was stocked well for all of our needs.

The pictures of the home does not show there are two flights of stairs to get into the property . I was traveling with my handicapped brother who had extreme difficulty getting up the stairs. There is nothing in the ad that states whether it is or is not handicap accessible. The stairway is also not properly lit for evenings for going up and down and the last step is very hard to see, more lighting would be helpful . There are also "quiet hours" from 9pm to 9am. If you are traveling with 3 small children like I was, I was stressed most of the evening and early morning to keep my young children quiet during the stay to not disturb the guest staying in the studio connected to the main property. I don't recommend this home for a family with young child. It was nice at the top of the stairs there was a gate that you could close to prevent the little kids from falling down the stairs so they could play on the front porch.

The house was wonderful! Very clean and beautiful! Games were provided for the kids, an extra cot, coffee and all the trimmings. Wonderful experience all around! Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Payson! Location was amazing, close to everything!

Bathroom showers need updating. Shower heads are extremely low, bad pressure, and master bath is boiling hot. Master bath shower has a bad seal on the door and leaks everywhere when the water is running down.
