The vent in the bathroom hasn't been clean in months. Requested extra towels before on reservation app didn't get them when asked for clean sheets after the 3 day I was told No by the owner, so I said YES I need clean sheets.

Very peaceful place to stay great staff. Room were really clean. Located close to a casino and stores and food places.. excellent location.. best part didn't have to walk up a bunch of stairs. No upper floors so no one walking on top of you.

They're were dead bugs in the bathroom. The man at check-in was rude. The towels were grey. Decided to skip the shower. I thought a large chain like Motel 6 would have certain standards. Not very low ones

Location was good for my travel.

The gentleman at the counter when I got there was not particularly friendly. The room key envelope he gave me was obviously used several times before and appeared unhygienic. When I entered the bathroom the wood trim around the base of the tub immediately fell off. The area was obviously repaired numerous times and looked awful! Then in the morning, there was no hot water for the shower. Manager should consider hiring a contractor to complete proper repairs before charging for rooms.
