The location to the beach was great, right across the street. The kids loved the pool and all the pool toys. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor shower helped control the sand.

At this price point it would have been nice to have more than the one trash bag, one paper towel, etc. The information in the cottage regarding trash pick up days was conflicting. We weren’t sure what day to put it out.

Space was really cute. The bed in the second bedroom was VERY uncomfortable. Lots of cabinets in the kitchen but very disorganized. Loved the covered porches and grill. Pool was nice. Beach access was really close. Shutters and windows were great for letting in natural light, Would stay there again!! Looking forward to the North Shore of AMI again.Great

No complaints other than the terrible mattress in the second BR. Shower in MBR leaks out and it looks like it needs to be repaired. Toilet in MBR was very hard to push down when flushing.

This house is beautiful inside and out. Had most things we needed for our week stay and the easy across the street access to the beach was wonderful. We would definitely return to Anna Maria Island and Sundance Cottage.

Some small things would have been nice to have such as extra blankets and more information about food options on the island. The welcome binder had very little information in it. Restaurants are very busy and close early on the island so planning ahead is a must.
