The food the location staff were great

Staff is not very talkative Little amount of equipmemt in kitchen Almost imposible to cook something ... no oven Bath curtain blocks all lightning Matras needs to be replaced It's all very basic for a holiday house

Excellent location on the edge of the National park. Several good walks direct from the property. 1 minute walk to two local restaurants. Good, cheap local food.

Room was dark and slightly damp. Nothing terrible and fine to use as a base for hiking

The reception I got at arrival where far from what they say in the confirmationmail and not what I expected. Very unfriendly male person who came out to the parking place and wondered what I wanted. Had to park in the street as their parking was closed by a chain The photos are general and don't correspond to the room or apartment you chose . I got a 2 story apt. with kitchen and bathroom downstairs which i didn't expect. Mentioned that to the guy and he just laughed. I was told that the house was 200 m from the reception, in reality 650m, half of the way with no street lights whatsoever. Nice pictures when you book but they definitely don't correspond to reality. Had dinner at the neigbouring restaurant due to what I have written. Not value for the money for 1 person

Check in was a bit problematic for us on a Tuesday when the restaurant -that works as reception - is closed

It's a wonderful location with good accommodation, a little way away from the restaurant - the food is vegetarian and excellent and the wine which is also their own really good (red)

On this occasion we were unwelcomed! by an unpleasant character who seemed to enjoy being curt and rude - by contrast others in the restaurant were kind and pleasant and Evgenia herself was, as usual, interested in and attentive to the guests - one can only imagine the unpleasant character was family otherwise he would have been sacked long ago - we were reluctantly given a kettle after complaining that we only had a microwave to prepare coffee or tea!

Terrace is not private, very low pressure water and took forever to be hot, difficult parking, not much help from staff

The staff were super friendly, the room and location were beautiful, but the best thing by far was the all vegetarian restaurant. The best food on our entire trip. Every single dish was delicious and the prices were more than fair.

For most of the day there was no shade on the terraces. It was a little difficult to sit outside without getting sun burnt.

It's a place where you feel like home. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, smiley. Accommodation is just what you need with a great view and garden. Don't miss out on the authentic Canarian food in the restaurant which is just delicious! Totally recommended :)
