Loved that there were only 4 rooms. Felt very private. Lovely getting to know the family and workers there and the pool and entire property is just incredible. Also really enjoyed being away and further out from everything. The staff helped organise a driver to see the Kecak Dance and to see the temple.

The place was from a fairy tale. Lavish yet quiet and private. I literally was at a loss for words when we first arrived there. Everything, starting from the surroundings, the entrance gate, through the living room/reception to our room was beautiful and spectacular. Very authentic, highly decorated, and evoking a sense of calm. The house is built in the traditional Balinese style with a traditional layout of the grounds where the owner's family lives. There were only 4 rooms, so the place felt very private. We came to Bali for our honeymoon and my partner requested special decorations and a bath in our room. And believe me, they delivered! We had two swans and flower petals on the bed waiting for us and also a warm bath full of flower petals. Some could say this is very cliché or standard but it was the execution that surprised me. The staff were super nice and helpful.

The breakfast (however plentiful) was only a choice between continental and American. There wasn't even an option for a local one, which was odd. This could be a drag if staying for more than a few days. Unfortunately, the daily selection of pastries was stale, every day. :( The location can also be a disadvantage. Even with a scooter, we traveled daily ~ 40 min to the nearest attraction. Just be mindful of this when booking.

Point d’orgue de notre séjour. Cet endroit est juste paradisiaque. La maison est magnifique, tout en bois massif dans le style indonésien. Les extérieurs, on se croirait dans un temple hindouiste, un musée à ciel ouvert. A 10 min à pied de la plage pour le couché de soleil. Point fort pour nous, c’est à l’écart des zones ultra touristiques qui démarrent à Seminiak et s’étendent sur la côte ouest. Vous serez ici dans la vraie campagne, avec de belles balades en scooter. Le personnel comme souvent en Indonésie est accueillant et à l’écoute. Nous aurions repris une nuit si nous avions pu.

Rien pour nous. Tout a été parfait. A noter juste qu’il faut un moyen de transport type pour profiter au mieux du coin.
