Staff is good, room is clean, bed is comfy

There is villa construction just next to hotel, even just next to my room at 8am so hammer and other tool voices are directly in your room! Impossible to sleep after 8am!

Reached there rather late into the evening from Kuta area. Cab diver missed the entrance and went into another ally. But the hotel staff was really nice, Messaged them on Booking.com platform and got a reply almost immediately. They even liaise with the cab driver to make sure I get to the hotel safely. The entrance is a little hard to spot so its quite easy to miss. Its really very secluded so its really quiet at night. Overall ambiance of the place is really nice, and their pool is nice, they even have a small jacuzzi by the side. Breakfast was good and there is a list of menu which you can choose from. Bed is comfy and clean, despite the few bugs which I caught but I mean this please is in the middle of Trees and all, so there are bound to be bugs. But there is a canopy to keep the mosquitos out. There was a few when I just arrived, but after bringing it up to the staff, they immediately smoked the mosquitos out from my room. Toilet wise, its an open air bath concept, so if you're uncomfortable in the open then you may not like the place. To summaries my stay wasn't bad and the staff was really attentive to my request.

People who is REALLY scared of bugs I would recommend not staying here. As you really do get the whole living in the modern Jungle kind of experience.

Einfach nur klasse. Die Angestellten und Managerin besonders waren so herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen späten Flug, durften unsere Taschen bei ihnen lagern und nach Rückkehr vom Strand auch nochmal duschen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und hat eine super Auswahl. Der Pool ist schön, sauber und angenehm kühl :) Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt :)

Staff were lovely. Great peaceful location

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans l'établissement pour la fin de notre séjour à Bali. Le personnel était extrêmement attentionné et d'une grande gentillesse. La chambre très propre et le petit déjeuner très bon. Idéalement situé à 10min en scooter des rues marchandes de Canggu.

Quiet, well-maintained, attentive and friendly staff, relaxing, river at the back is a bonus, breakfast was good too!
