The hotel has been renovated to a high standard. The pool area is particularly modern and beautiful. The staff are ALL lovely. Particularly the spa staff, the staff around the pool and the lady in the bakery.

The food is what let’s this hotel down. The Greek restaurant wasn’t open when we were there, and the buffet restaurant closed at 10pm and then 9pm one day (with no warning), no longer cooking or replacing food after 8.30pm. There also wasn’t any replenish of food after this point. There wasn’t any room service as stated, so there was literally nothing to eat after 9. We asked the Italian restaurant if they could have take away pizza and they says they didn’t do take aways but provided us with some bread rolls and butter to sustain us until the morning. There’s no food or drink service around the pool or beach. You get your own drinks, but there’s no food other than the bakery for small pastries. You’d normally expect snacks like burgers, club sandwiches, etc, and room service. It was basically go to the buffet or the pizza/pasta restaurant, when they’re open, or nothing. The mini bar is not refilled. I would not say this is 5* All Inclusive facilities, let alone 5* Premium. I think if it wasn’t advertised as having room service, other restaurants available etc, that would be ok, but it is so you feel like you’ve been duped a little.

Allasalue oli aivan ihana! Täydellinen. Erilaisia tuoleja ja vuoteita, aina oli vapaata (paitsi tietysti isot vuoteet altaan päällä, ne varattiin jo varmaan ennen auringonnousua, monesti sama perhe saattoi viedä kolmekin paikkaa joka ikinen päivä ja koko päiivän ajaksi). Altaassa oli eri osioita, matalampaa ja syvempää, kaikki mahtuivat ja löysivät tilaa pelailla ym. Siisteys, kaikkialla tahrattoman puhdasta. Erityismaininta erityisen kätevästä sähköisestä "ei saa häiritä" ja"siivousta toivotaan" - systeemistä. Painat huoneessa nappia, ja ulkopuolelle syttyy punainen tai sininen valo 👍 Henkilökunta kaikkinensa. Huone oli siisti perushuone. Saavuimme 11 aikaan aamulla, ja saimme huoneen samantien. Huoneemme vielä päivitettiin paremmaksi pyytämättä, mikä selvisi kun näimme merinäköalan. Harmi vaan, että nimenomaan halusimme allasnäkymän 😅, mutta tämäkin selvisi ja saimme vielä ennen huoneiden vaihtoa käydä katsomassa toista huonetta ennen päätöksen tekemistä. Tässä huoneessa sitten lisävuode, jossa teini nukkui, oli luokattoman kova ja peittona ainoastaan viltti. Muutaman yön kärvistelyn jälkeen pyysin siivoojaa paikalle, ja hetken päästä oli vuoteessa kunnon patja ja peitto. Siivoojat puhuivat hyvää englantia, mikä on todellinen poikkeus säännössä. Lähtöpäivänä saimme pitää 40€:n lisämaksulla huoneen klo 18 asti, mikä mahdollisti ihan täyden lomapäivän ilman kiireen tuntua. Saimme myös nauttia hotellin kaikista palveluista siihen asti, kun klo 21 aikoihin lähdimme haikein mielin kohti lentoasemaa. Plussaa laadukkaat hygieniatuotteet, jopa kosteusvoide löytyi. Kaikkinensa varmasti ylellisin ja siistein hotelli, missä olen ollut. Allergisille ja kissavihaajille tiedoksi, että hotellialueella asusteli useampikin kissa, yksi jopa nukkui sylissäni aulassa. Meille tämä oli vain ehdoton plussa, mutta kaikkia se ei ilahduta, vaikkakaan kissat eivät häiriöksi olleet. Jotkut ovat nillittäneet, että jääkaappi täytettiin vain tullessa...

Biljardin (ja pöytätenniksen) puuttuminen oli oikeastaan ainoa miinus. Kaikilla sivustoilla mainittiin että löytyy biljardi, se on meidän nuorisolle ehdoton lomilla, ja pettymys oli melkoinen. Naapuribaarissa pääsi pelaamaan, mutta tupakankäryinen ympäristö taas ei houkutellut. Pelit olisi helppo saada mahtumaan, biljardi vaikka hierontatuolien viereen täysin tarpeettoman pöydän paikalle, ja pöytätennis ulkotiloihin. Nämä kun hommaatte (plus päivitätte futis-ja koripallokentän), niin hotelli on täysi kymppi!

Die Speisen sind sehr auf die Touristen ausgerichtet, etwas mehr griechisches Buffet wäre toll. Das chinesische Restaurant wie in der Beschreibung gab es nicht. Minibar wurde leider nie befüllt.

Lovely pool area, very comfortable beds, lots of sun beds, lots of clean towels, lots of clean pool towels, nice spa.

No pool snack bar, no refill of the minibar at all during the stay, staff a bit grumpy at pool bar, coffee machines both broken or being cleaned at indoor evening bars, food repetitive, drink quality not great, awful juices at breakfast, sofa bed uncomfortable and took 3 days for a mattress topper. Very little evening entertainment and often only in French, pool activities limited and not well organised, no visible animation/activity team.

We had an amazing time at Electra Palace Rhodes. Very comfortable and clean, the hotel is an excellent location for those that are looking for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. Great Value for Money, good food, some really tasty drinks and spirits.

More than plenty of spots to chill and relax, whether by the pool on the pool beds, the pool bar, the bean bags, cabanas, on the grass under a tree, or simply on an old-fashioned couch. Board games (that you can borrow from the reception). The food and the presentation in the Greek restaurant. The wide range of options for every meal. There was always food that everyone could enjoy (i.e. pancakes for breakfast) accompanied by more specific foods like empanadas or arroz con pollo for Latin cuisine for example. The service during meal times was exceptional. The waiters were super friendly and helpful and overall the staff in the hotel is some of the most helpful we have seen! If you have a wish or want they definitely go above and beyond to make it possible for you! Huge props to the cleaning staff who were CONSTANTLY picking up trash, disinfecting surfaces, and mopping floors every day. The hotel was therefore really clean and hygienic. We were truly amazed at just how hard-working the staff was. There was also a good animation program to keep everyone entertained, we really enjoyed the dance lessons in and outside of the pool but also darts, boccia, volleyball, yoga, and the morning walks. Also the live performances at night (Jazz by the beach and various bands playing by the pool bar). Most notably, all the other guests were really polite and respectful of the people around them.

The noise from the airplanes and the rocky beach. We stayed in one room with 3 people and there were two single beds, for the third person there was a sofa bed which was considerably less comfortable than the real beds.

The hotel should inform everyone, that it is located on the pathway to airports where the planes are landing every 20minutes a day and at least 5 times per night abd it is impossible to have quality sleep in this hotel..

Loved the way they treated you customer service was amazing! Loved the variety of restaurants and all inclusive! The staff were very friendly and they would go out of there way to please you ! Lots of activities during the day and loved the variety of music each night !

Very helpful and friendly staff, including the animation team, our favourites - Animator Melanie and Bartenders Billy and Tommy. Melanie was very friendly and welcoming. A real asset to the hotel. She even managed to get our teenager to join in the activities and try some new sports! Italian restaurant meal was fabulous. Seafood spaghetti and Tiramisu were amazing. Bathrobes and slippers provided was a nice touch. Also, the mini bar being stocked with mainly soft drinks and snacks was helpful for a late arrival. Location of the hotel was perfect for us. Quiet (except for planes arriving regularly overhead which we soon got used to). Our room overlooked the back end of the hotel / kitchen/ general stores area. We also faced the sea which was nice so we kept our eyes that way! Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the hotel gardens. The beach and hotel gardens are really lovely. As is the pool (when it's fully finished) the options for sitting / sunbathing were good with loungers, bean bag chairs and beds right on the edge of the pool. Plenty of umbrellas for shade. There were quite a few people complaining about unfinished areas... But overall it did not detract very much from our stay.

The food was a little repetitive. It would be nice to have a themed night (aside from the Greek and Italian restaurants). Like Asian or Sushi. We saw this advertised prior to booking but didn't see it during the holiday. Waiter service by the pool. Again this was advertised but not provided during our stay. Hotel facilities were unfinished in parts which was a little disappointing. E.g. the pool bar was no where near complete. Some rooms in the grounds of the hotel were being worked on during our stay. Evening entertainment was very low key. Usually a band or singer. Entertainment staff of the hotel worked hard to engage people. Activity program was not fully as described. Opportunities for meditation or sound bath on the beach didn't happen. Only on the last day were we told about a yoga event being held. The weather - I know it can't be helped - but sadly it wasn't the best during our visit. We only had 1 full day of sun.

Very nice hotel with great localisation by the sea. Big and tidy pool area. Very good food with a variety of different dishes each day. Tasty Mediterranean Restaurant and delicious Asian Restaurant. Good choice of beverages and cocktails are included. Beautiful sea view from the room. Excellent quality to price ratio. Totally recommend for those who are looking for a nice rest in beautiful scenery.

Not all of the staff was very friendly. The Italian Restaurant needs a little upgrade in taste or should be otherwise replaced.

Very beautiful resort just at the beach with gorgeous sunset. The staff at the reception and the cleaning staff is very nice and helpful. Big Thank to Marina and Aryuna, you are perfect. The food is good, especially the restaurants (Italian, Asian and Greek) and the dessert café, delicious. Nice pools and gym room. The tennis court is free.

The towel man and the life guardian of the swimming pool are rude and useless. Can't believe they work in a 5* resort. Animation team is inexistant. This hotel is for calm vacation. Wish there were more sockets and closer to the bed.

food at the hotel is excellent. housekeeping and restaurant staff are friendly and nice. Live music around the hotel is really nice. Watching the sunset from the beach bar is great.

Things to be aware of when booking this hotel: the restaurant is quiet noisy. it’s more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. the room over looking the garden entertainment area is a noisy room 524. you hear the entertainment which lasts until around 22:45. Wi-Fi in the room 503 was not good. the hotel is not close to the town and there isn’t much around the hotel. it’s a 10 min walk to the main road which is not easy when it’s really hot. reception does not assist with taxi ordering or has any tips on what to see or do outside of the hotel. it’s a little inconvenient if you are not part of a tour operator. It was not a big issue for us but the hotel is on the landing path for planes. at times there are lots of airplane arrivals which is noisy. The beach is not sand and getting into the sea barefoot is difficult.
