Beautiful guest house, very clean, beautiful. Great service and free amenities. Staff helped to take luggages. We could enjoy the Netflix on very big smart TV. Will love to stay again

Modest accommodation in a residential area. Better if you have a car. The room were we stayed had a shared bathroom.

Perfect location if you want to stay at a nice place near airport at budget price. Available 24 hours public transport and airport is just few minutes ride. As they say - they really serve humans not guests. Staff was very kind and helpful. If you need anything, just ask staff. If you are new in London, they will guide you patiently. They provide everything you need - free welcome water, unlimited tea/coffee/fruits, multiple towels. Only thing we didn’t like is we had to leave the place. Room is like big movie theatre with huge wall filled TV with free Netflix & prime Video, sport channels. Will definitely recommend.

Seems Renovated recently. Having stayed in many Hotels & Guest Houses, this Guest House is distinct in the sense that you are served free of cost when you pay for a room to stay. Staffs are very warm, kind. They welcome with tea/coffee/fruits. They provide everything you need in the room. Room was coean, big, bed was very comfortable. Could relax in beautiful garden. Dint expect that they will exceed our expectations. Love to stay again. Thanks to the staffs for such a great hospitality

Apart from a very minor issue with the shower, this was an amazing stay and we will be staying here again if we ever do come back to London at any point! Great and friendly host, an amazingly clean house, and a nice, calm area. Highly recommended!

Dear Host (entire team and Azad Jie), We are sad that the vacation is over and we will head back to work. You deserve 10/10 for everything. Having been greeted by a gentleman like Azad Jie is a blessing. He is just amazing. He has all the qualities of a gentleman and makes you feel the atmosphere of home with terrific management skills. He never lets you feel that you are in a foreign country. All your necessities are taken care of and if you need something urgent the Azad Jie looks after the issues. For, example we found one issue in our room that bothered us. Azad Jie immediately acted and arranged for a room swap in coordinating with the management team and we ultimately felt very good. Two major issues that every guest must be aware of are safety and ease of commuting. We felt extremely safe not only inside the guest house but also in the area. This beautiful place is in a very safe place compared to the suburbs of NYC, LA, Washington DC, SFO, Austin, or Seattle. We felt no issues while walking to Metro or ordering an Uber ride in the middle of the night. The most important factor that impressed me was the Indian cuisine choices available around this guest house. The food was delicious and affordable. Having lived in the USA for 2 decades, we felt that the UK had zero inflation. If I am wrong and the food was even affordable before 2020, then the USA is a nightmare as far as inflation is concerned. There is no doubt that we will be back 🔙 here again.

Newly renovated. Beautifully managed, specially garden where you can sit for a coffee or lunch or relax for phone chat. Room was comfortable & clean. Everything a traveller need is available inside room - microwave, fridge, enormous smart TV, Netflix, Prime video, many free channels, varities of tea/coffee, super fast WiFi. Bed was super comfortable with lovely linen. Could park car at free of cost. Staff was incredibly helpful. Got more than expected.

Had a great stay. It seems this Guest House is new and went through renovation. Highly secure, you can get access with security access code only. They also have stunningly beautiful garden, free parking was great. Very close to airport, 24 hours public transport available. It’s in city with lot of restaurants, super markets. TV is huge, never seen in any hotel, free Netflix, prime video, number of free channels, sports channels. Staff welcomed with warm smile, offered tea/coffee, fruits. Room has all free amenities you need. They have range of rooms - budget room with shared bathroom & private bathroom. Great service, helping staff. Had a great sleep. Will stay again.

Place still under some renovations. Electrical cables are expose on entrances not sure they are live or not. Host had his own family there so felt odd to use common area. It is not guest house rather rooms in family home. Host failled to mention share bathroom/toilet. Guest expected clean bathroom after use. This accommodation should be on Airbnb not on Hotels.com.

The proprietor was Very hospitable and helpful. The facility was very clean. It is a very convenient location for the airport.

Excellent Service. From the moment booking was made, I had excellent communication with the staff, quick response. My late checkout request was granted. Guest House was fantastic, good security and easy to access with access right. It has lovely garden, range of rooms - some are shared bathroom at budget price & others are en-suite. So, make sure to read properly what you are booking. Despite renovation work, they tried best to keep the noise minimum & did not affect my stay at all. They are new and Improving. Will stay again.

Feel safe, comfortable, spotlessly clean. This place is favourite for our staffs. We generally book here for our staffs. In every visit, we find improvement and better experience than previous stay. They have high security door that can be accessed by only access code, cameras in important locations, easy parking. Room was serenely designed, comfortable new bed & bedding. Half of the wall is covered by huge smart TV, had theatre feelings. Love the free Netflix/Prime video and other amenities provided. We could relax in beautiful garden. Excellent service. Will definitely stay again.

Old and run down. Not the cleanest Hard to find. I was able to have good parking for the car. I would not recommend!!!

Excellent!! Much better than expensive hotels. They provide all amenities a traveller needs at free of cost, that would have costed few bucks in hotel. Also free parking. What a big size for the TV, I felt like watching in theatre. Very clean Guest House, nice Hall, stunningly beautiful garden where you can sit, relax, eat under the sky. Very comfortable queen bed, mattress, good sized-room. Staff also very friendly, helpful - I was welcomed with coffee/tea/fruits/water. This guest house has a lot of security cameras in common areas and surrounding areas, so feel absolutely safe. Will definitely book again. Note that it’s not hotel but Guest House in residential area.

The room was really big and amazing service.

Staff was very responsive and extremely flexible with my check-in time. He made me feel at home as soon as I arrived, welcomed with coffee, fruits, but also left me to my own devices and gave me all the privacy I could ask for. I work remotely and take a lot of calls during the day. Staff was very respectful of this. Room was good size with all amenities I needed. Big hall and big garden with beautiful flowers around. I'll be staying again for future visits.

We booked here again for our staff. Staff informed that stay was excellent. As per our staff - Best thing is the hospitality of the staff, clean room, big bathroom containining both shower and bath, comfortable bed, stunningly beautiful garden. Property in new and they are improving day by day since previous stay. We will surely book again

My experience was so good, really loved the vibe and also the staff was very co-operative. Clean and beautiful room, very big bathroom. Everything I needed was available in the room. Staff went out and arranged dinner at 1 am at night. He was so helpful. Thank you so much for making us so comfortable.

The Host was very friendly & helpful- but the conditions of the guest house were very poor!! The shared bathroom was the worst part - this need a lot of work done to it to make it welcoming for guests

The stay was really amazing. The rooms were clean so many choices to drink in the room. They were really understanding and good to us. Would 100% recommend anyone to stay. Amazing view as well.

Very kind, charming staff ever seen, who is ready to bend backward to help others. He will make your stay comfortable and complete. Very comfortable big double bed in an en-suite room. Room is packed with all stuffs that a traveller needs. An enormous sized TV that covers almost half of the wall with free Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and many channels. Property is located at very convenient and peaceful location in centre, 10-15 min from Heathrow Airport. Very clean, airy, big living Hall, kitchen, big & beautiful garden with furniture to sit and relax. There is parking spaces for number of cars. would love to stay again.

I did not even stay there the place is in a very scary area, I waste my money, and the facilities are discomfort adn not very friendly, they dont even have private bathroom. Hotel.com should not have this property in their listing for customers

Fit the bill. We needed a room with parking for a morning flight at Heathrow. Azadi was very helpful with check-in. Huge TV in the room was great. Room looked a bit tired but was fine for what we needed. Somewhat hidden away location on the back streets. Parking was very handy.

This place was a beautiful surprise. Clean, safe, not far from airport and the only decent place I could find with parking included. Azad took good care of us during our time there, and was attentive to all our needs. Definitely an awesome place to stay in London

Free parking right outside premises, nice greeting from host. I was in a room on 1st floor, which had a double bed and a desk. In room was also a fridge for guest use. Bathroom was a shared bathroom. The bed was not comfortable, I could feel the join in the divan base through the thin matress. The cup provided in the room had a chip in the rim. The shower took a long time in the morning to come to temperature. Not all of the TV channels in the room provided a good,constant picture.

Fairly close to the Heathrow airport. Very welcoming host, goes out of their way to accomodations guests with fruits, supplies and information. Usable backyard, comfortable bed/pillows. Very clean space, large bedroom size. Very affordable. Thank you
