I liked that the studio was small but yet was just like the images I had seen before booking.

The room was very cold. The heater did not work. The TV turned off and did not connect after that despite trying. The room had a strange smell.

Very practical studio in a central location. Everything worked.

Entrance hall and stairway decor a little tired, but room itself OK. Some noise from other rooms but not too disturbing.

I liked everything about the location,was very quiet serene environment and would like to book again when I come around again. Was an excellent stay 👍🏾.

It took me a while for me to locate the place and also the concellation email wasn't too clear . But at the long round it was sorted out,which made my stay comfortable.

Shower not working. Dirty. Cold. Fire door handle came off in my hand. Stains on the towels I don't want to think about. No terrestrial TV connection. Awful experience. Avoid.

Nice pubs around little noisey but was manageable

The place was in the right area and very central.

It was hard to park and the bed covers had a mark on them, It made me think they weren't clean . There was a few other things but that one was a big thing for me

location, no outside noise, spacious.

very poor noise insulation between flats and floors, furniture in disrepair, can’t close the bathroom door, poor lighting, smell of mold in corridor, uncomfortable bed.

The location is convenient.

The lack of heat - and the protracted communications and effort it took to get heating in the flat over a two day period - was less than ideal for England in November. Communications required inordinate effort and persistence. To top it off, I received a bizarre phone call two and a half days after checking out where I seemed to have been accused of not checking out, which was then retracted. A chaotic and surreal experience overall.

the property was very clean, tidy, nice warm.

then property it’s self was superb however we was left outside for around hour to hour and half as we did not receive a code to get into the building and the person on the contact number did not answer the call, text messages etc to give us the code to get in.
