Nice hotel, clean and comfortable room

Nice room and breakfast. Friendly staff.

A lot of noise from the street at night, not only traffic but also stray dogs barking.

Bathroom floor turned into a small lake and also sink didnt work , at 08:00am room service tried to get in to room and wake me up ( we had a flight and needed to rest ) , Breakfast was expensive such as a dinner for a poor menu ( just 5 min on foot there are much better options ) , Fridge was empty , they dont provide a second slipper etc…. Not 5 maybe its a 3 star hotel . Also dont ask taxi to reception! use application . For same distance the taxi they provide charges 4 times higher (btw its same taxi not a private car)

Had to ring twice to get bottle of water waited one hour . And staff kept reminding me in restaurant to pay for the water and to pay for the lunch which was announcing to repeat that to every member of staff separately when they already accepted that i can pay in check out .

Very friendly reception. I liked the seat at the reception desk during checkin + a free drink. Luxury interiors. Enough free parking space around the hotel. Good buffet restaurant. Close to the airport.

Breakfast was great. Several egg dishes, cold meats, savouries, real fresh juice, great service. Khubayb at reception was a great guy - very friendly, made me welcome, pointed me in the right direction and passed on some local knowledge.

No laundry on Sundays - what kind of rule is that? Also no spa on Sundays. Sunday was my only full day at the hotel and I wanted a fresh pair of clothes and to relax before my flight so that wasn’t ideal.

The bed was comfortable.

The room service menu was very poor. Most of the options were not available. I ended up ordering a pizza that was of fair quality. The shower was not comfortable. Water went beyond the shower tray, and outside the toilet door. The whole room entrance was slippery afterward and I had to put towels to dry it out.

One of the hotel kitchen dining aides made a negative comment regardung guest that came to visit and eat breakfast with us.

The staff was very helpful and available. The rooms was clean and comfortable.
