Diese Unterkunft ist dermaßen herunter gekommen. Ein Wunder das sie sich ein Hotel nennen dürfen. Wir bekamen erstmal ein Zimmer was moderig gerochen hat,die Heizung hing in der Dusche an der Wand. Schimmel im Bad an mehreren Ecken. Wir wurden sehr unhöflich daraufhin gewiesen, dass sei ja nur Dreck und kein Schimmel. Nur mit viel Nachdruck, dass Schimmel gesundheitlichschädlich sei, haben wir ein anderen Zimmer bekommen. Der Mitarbeiter konnte zusätzlich sehr schlecht deutsch und hatte einen ungepflegten Eindruck gemacht. Die Zimmertüren waren sehr hellhörig und die Einrichtung machte einen maximal billigen Eindruck, Schubladen sind abgefallen und die Wand vom Schrank löste sich, die Dusche lief voll beim Duschen und man stande dadurch in seinem eigenen Dreck, die Wände wurden nur bedürftig gestrichen. Es war sehr staubig und voller Spinnenweben an der Baddecke. Das WC im Foyer, da funktionierte die Spülung nicht und es stand Wasser auf dem Boden. Zudem war kein ausreichendes Toilettenpapier zur Hand.

The staff was very kind helping me with my bike bags and getting the „right“ room, away from the busy street. I was allowed to keep my e-bike in the reception area, to even lock it to the iron fence. The telephon service was very effective and fast.

The foto above did not even come close to the room I finally choose as per my requirement when the booking was made. When talking to others I call the room a „cell“, rather small.

Exactly what I paid for, also there are gas stations nearby where you can grab a quick bite all day

It's a bit far from the city, but again, the price reflects that.

Location is okay. Price is not so bad for an otherwise expensive place like Hamburg. Quite easily accessible from the train.

All other reviews are true. The heating doesn't work, rooms are tiny, there was no hair dryer in the room unlike mentioned.

It's was cold . We freeze all night and got sick

the woman in the lobby stayed late so I could check in for the night. I arrived 30min after closing.
