Good location, sorry but I am afraid that is it.

Check in was stressful, no information sent prior to arrival, and we were not the only ones, during our stay lots of confused people were at the gate looking for help. We had to phone a number posted on the gate, and try to find a lock box combination for the key. Inside the apartment was OK, I paid extra than normal for this thinking it was better, but the shelves in the door of the fridge were broken, I reported it to 2 people, nothing happened. Having to lay down opened cartons of milk and juice was a nuisance and there was not much space left in the fridge with no shelves in the door. Complimentary toiletries?? Well we had half used mini bottles, they were not topped up or replaced during our 8 day stay and I definitely did not want to use them when already used by someone else. Microwave supplied, great. No oven gloves... what are you supposed to do not to burn yourself taking hot food out of a microwave? Description said washing machine, actually this is a shared top loader in the garden, used by the cleaning staff. If you want to use it, it is 4 euros (not a lot I know, but I was led to believe from the description that we had our own washing machine). Really I am disappointed with this apartment. The apartment slept 3, so we literally had 3 teaspoons, 3 knives, 3 forks, 3 bowls etc you get the idea. Everything was the minimum! No I won't be booking here again.

nearly everything! The entire apartment is set below the level of the road, which means it is sousterrain. From each window people can look inside : there’s not one single spot, where you would not be seen. The curtains are meant to keep the daylight completely out, there no lighter curtains, blocking the view, but letting the light in. Consequently you feel like in big Brother, either watched or in the dark!! we also had cockroaches which didn’t improve our feeling of well-being. We spoke to the neighbors, they also had cockroaches. The cupboard is placed so close to the bed that you can actually not use it or you have to stand on the bed. The sleeping room is simply too small. it shows on the photo. The sound, isolation is not existent. You hear absolute every single sound from outside, which is very disturbing, when the cleaning processes start at 7:30 am.

there was no living space very small due to kitchen the wardrobe (if you can call it a wardrobe) !!! was very very small and so badly designed!!! the light from the door in the bathroom every evening when we were in bed,kept coming on for no reason which was very bad the light from it kept us awake !!! that needs attention!! the bed linen was changed only once while we were there, which was very bad — the one day the linen was left on the bed and not changed — so no explanation for that ….

Location is fantastic. Just a minute walk and you're in Maspalomas beach

10 am check out time is a bit tight. I would recommend a 11am check out. Also WiFi reception was weak.

The location was suberb.

On arrival we had no instructions on how to collect the key nor where exactly the appartment was. It was very late on arrival and we had to go into a nearby hotel, the kind man on reception rang somebody for us then we had to wait about 15 mins for somebody to meet us on the street. The first 2 days we had no hot water, we couldn't sleep as the aircon was too noisy and there were no instructions on how to operate the safety deposit box. After 2 days the cleaner came in and she was an absolute star. She showed us how to operate the hot water and the safe and the air con system was repaired. We felt that the 2 days out of 7 without instructions were unnecessary. They need to have clear instructions on key collection, operating the hot water and safe on hand.

Good comfotable facilities.

There are two buildings the cocoteros Tamara is not on the front as shown but in the street behind. The locks didn't work and safe had to be fixed.

Superb location in Maspalomas, next to Maspalomas dunas, minute to beach and cozy restaurants by the beach and very close to shopping area. Apartment is well furnished, nice setup.

Some to be aware - 1st floor is nice, but very exposed to very busy walk path where all entering the beach and leaving are using from all cars and mostly buses drop off location, you get used to it. One to property to fix - balcony shade cover plastic is very loose and in windy, often, very very noise on apartment 7, needs to be fixed as on apartment next door.
