My family and I stayed here for 7 nights. We visit this area every year and this was the first time that we chose to not stay right on the ocean. We loved it! Location was perfect, both for driving and walking. We were able to easily walk to the beach every morning for a run and to watch the sunrise. The house itself was very clean and has everything one could possibly need! The garage is fully stocked, including plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, a pop up tent, body boards, football, etc! This made our beach trips easy and enjoyable. Having Boondocks right across the street is also a perk - great food, service and atmosphere! We would highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Used to come to Daytona annually and always went to Boondocks. Did not realize it was right across the street.

The home is clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. Our dog enjoyed the fenced backyard. Having a restaurant across the street was also a nice perk. At the end of a long day all we had to do for dinner was walk across the street!

The showers were like something from the 1950’s. They hadn’t been updated, so it was kinda weird to have that. The Wi-Fi was pretty spotty. There’s no ice or water from the fridge. The mattress was uncomfy. It was missing some ceiling fans. It is a cute place, but for an $8000.00 price tag it felt a little overpriced based on the quality of appliances, showers, mattress, Wi-Fi. Location was good as it’s short walk to beach

We had a great time staying in this home and the location was great. It was nice to just walk across the street to Boondocks. Everything was as shown in the pictures. The only thing I would recommend is that if guests are hauling a trailer down to ask for the length of the driveway for parking. The photo makes it appear much longer than it really. Other than that, we had no issues at all. The host, Gary, was also great. He's super friendly and quick to respond to any needs. We'd definitely stay here again!

Very short walk to beach (must take dog to dedicated dog beach…definitely recommend New Smyrna dog-friendly beach). Check-in and check-out super easy. Boondocks Restaurant right across the street…good convenient meal choice. Would stay here again when in the area.

Comfortable, attractive space for cooking, meals and relaxing. Comfortable Sleeping for 8, although the 4th room is the laundry but done very nicely. You have to pass through this room to get to another bedroom that has a private bath. Would definitely stay there again.

The ease of the rental process couldn’t have been better. The house was clean. The layout was a little awkward with the main bedroom not having an attached bathroom. It was odd going out into the kitchen/living room area in order to access. The thin accordion door in the bathroom that allowed the other bedroom occupants to access it was odd as well. Utilizing the back bedroom that did have the attached bathroom as the main bedroom would prove to be a more convenient layout. The 2-block walk to the beach was quick and convenient with the beach access being a direct across the street. The beach was beautiful and quiet, not crowded in this particular spot which was very enjoyable. The traffic immediately in front of the house was busy in the evenings. However, there was little noise inside the place itself. The outside shower was a nice feature that was very useful. Family members visited Boondocks across the street and really enjoyed the food. Overall a good first time experience at Port Orange.

We spent last week of 2020 here in this lovely cottage. It is not crowded at all and very close to the beach. It is very kids friendly and full with lovely decorations.

What a gem! My two sons and I throughly enjoyed staying here. The property is cozy yet spacious in that everyone had their own room. Great beach house decor. The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment anyone would need if you like meals at home. The lovely beach is a 5 minute walk away and a fun restaurant is right across the street. We greatly appreciated the fact that the property is dog friendly having a enclosed patio and a fenced yard. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is not interested in staying in a high rise condo, it’s far more like being at home! We’ll be back!

Our family spent Thanksgiving here and we were very happy and comfortable. The house is charming and clean and the kitchen well stocked. We had everything we needed for our stay.
