Condo had an amazing view. Direct gulf front condo with a spacious balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Bed was comfortable. Sofa and circle chair were well used and lacked support. Recliner was the best seat. The kitchen was the downfall of the unit. Cabinet doors could use a wipe down-they had old coffee drip stains on them. Door to the pantry had stains from where people would touch it to close it. A simple wipe down is needed. Pots and pans looked like they were the leftovers no one wanted at a garage sale. Location on the beach was great with easy access to the pool.

The condo was nice. Kitchen could use some more utensils like a spatula and a strainer. The couchs are broken down. They only supply so many bath towels. So maybe bring extra or bring little extra detergent to wash if staying for a long stay. Id stay again.

The property was well maintained. The property manager responded immediately to the request we made when we were unable to locate an extra set of linens, and brought it out within 30 minutes. Gorgeous gulf views to sit and watch. We loved our stay.

The kitchen is in need of some updates...peeling cabinets and missing handles. It appears the condo kitchen is the dumping ground for out of commission pots and pans, random glasses etc. with hardly a piece of tupperware for leftovers to be found. The coffee pot didn't work and the ice machine wouldn't dispense ice. Similar situation in the bathrooms with a total of 4 hairdryers dating back some decades. After we were allowed to check in we did so to find the maid still on property. She had clearly been drinking, smelled strongly of beer and stated she was almost done, just finishing a few things in the kitchen. The bathrooms looked good but dresser tops hadn't been touched (scatterings of sand, drink rings and price tags). The kitchen table hadn't been clean and there were lucky charms cereal scattered on the kitchen floor and something dripping down a cabinet. I left for an additional 40 minutes and still couldn't decern any additional cleaning had happened. We received a partial refund on our booking as I contacted the rental agency specifically to check on the progress of the construction. They emailed that all construction impacting my stay had been completed. They were only painting interior stairwells. This was patently untrue. Our exit to the pool and beach thru the building was closed, directing us to walk thru the parking lot and around the building to get to the beach/pool. No great hardship for me, but a different story for my 88 year old grandmother. There was extensive scaffolding (high lows) on both buildings with earsplitting construction actively taking place.

This condo was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. There was some construction going on while we were there so during the day you could hear drills and such inside but most of our day was at the beach so we weren’t in the room much. I would stay here again in a heart beat! Easy beach access lots of parking overall clean!

The master closet had a very bad odor in it and I couldn’t and wouldn’t put my clothes in it! The living room furniture is worn out and I can’t seat on it ! And I couldn’t use the living room ! There was no closet In little bedroom , it had been made a room for stackable washer and dryer and you couldn’t do laundry if anyone was sleeping and the air conditioner made very loud noise all night and kept the ones in that little room from getting a good nights sleep! There was no coffee or filter for your first cup before going to store! The floor’s looked like they had not been mopped and I had to even clean the mop before using it! The mop was very dirty and had a very bad smell! So I had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the floors our first day ! I was charged a $150.00 pet deposit when in fact I would not let my little 4 pd yorkie on the floors till every floor in the condo was cleaned! So judge for your self what you’d think about staying here ! We came in on a Friday evening and paid through Thursday leaving Friday morning! But we left Thursday at noon that’s how unhappy our stay was !! So we lost a day and night we had paid for! Around $ $3,500.00 for this kind of experience! To us that was not AT ALL WHAT WE Paid FOR!! I never thought anyone under the bus but this was not what we paid for ! And no one has contacted us to make this right!

The unit had a very nice set up, roomy for our needs. There was not the typical set of items such as soaps for sinks/baths or extra paper towels, toilet paper for weeklong stay. We had brought our own just in case so managed it. Providing more details in listing could help others prepare for their stays.

We reported the damage to the condo owner. They had a repair tech out to repair the damage the next day, but repairs could not be completed until after our stay.

The stay was nearly perfect, except one design flaw in the building. There were two air vents covered with flap doors exit out to the outside wall on each floor and these were located, you guessed it, on the bedroom side. Nightly gust would bang the flappers, not conducive for a goodnight rest.

The property is super close to the beach and has excellent views.

The property had a great view of the beach and was nice and spacious for our girls trip. We enjoyed our stay. Access to the condo and beach was very easy. The master bedroom does get a good bit of sunlight in the mornings but has a nice view of the beach from it as well.

The condo and property was as listed, and the view of the beach and ocean is incredible! However, this unit does not have a washer/dryer and the coin operated laundry room on the first floor is closed indefinitely, as well as the one in the other building next door. When I reported this to the property manager’s office, the lady just said “well, there’s a laundromat near our office.” I asked that they change the description to reflect that no laundry facility is available, but that has not been done yet almost 2 months later. So, if your considering renting this condo, just be aware that no laundry facility is available as advertised.

The condo was clean and comfortable and the beach access is excellent. Communication ahead of our stay was clear and we had no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

We love Pensacola Beach! The condo was wonderful and had everything that we needed. We plan to come back to this exact condo again. One of the best things about it is the large balcony with the perfect ocean view!

I was disappointed at the condition of the unit. We took pics and video and we’re in contact with the property manager. I have stayed in these condos before and was very unhappy. I don’t expect to be supplied with necessities but half a role of toilet paper was a little much. Please contact property manager for further information. Thank you Rebecca Dean
