It is so convenient to walk down the steps and head directly to the Gulf! We will be booking it again for next year!

The property was exactly as described - beautiful! We loved the kitchen. We so appreciated all the high end utensils and accessories for the kitchen. We want to live there - no one wanted to leave. So much to do in the area.

This house has lovely things in it. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for a stay. The living room has quality furniture. Would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this Condo! The kitchen is very well equipped, plenty of seating at the Island and small table. The view of the ocean is beautiful. Cons: the elevator is a challenge but it works. The main floor bathroom needs to be updated and there are no locks on the door. The Main floor bedroom, the sheets are not for a king bed and the protective ‘cover’ over the mattress gets very warm.

While the temperature was hot, the canopy and sea breezes made it perfect. You will love this vacation spot. Top that off with the Blue Angels practicing - watch conveniently from Ft. Pickens right up the road. A few minor details. While the place was mostly clean, the master bed sheets were questionably sandy. Thankfully, I brought my own comfy sheets. Don’t be shocked if you see a few roaches (they happen), but bring some zip lock bags for opened snacks to be safe. As stated, no beach towels supplied but Walmart has souvenir beach towels for $10 or bring from home. As with any condo for more than a day or two bring the extras that you have at home & don’t want to buy - spices, toilet paper, paper towels, your favorite laundry and dish soaps. You will have a great vacation at this condo. There were 9 of us from 69 to 10. We all had a wonderful week of sun, surf and seafood!

There was more than enough space for our children and great grandchildren and the twin bunk beds upstairs were fun. The deck and porch furniture is well-kept and updates and there is sitting to eat and socialize in/outdoors for 14 - there were 10 of us. We called regarding lightbulbs in the bathroom and had a quick response from maintenance. A ceiling fan in the main floor bedroom would be a great addition; we did find a box fan upstairs to use. While I’m general this updated space is maintained, a little extra deep clean indoors and of the grills wouldn’t hurt :). Can’t wait to stay again next year!

No beach boys requiring you to pay for chairs and umbrellas. Property was perfect. Seems like it is newly painted and refreshed. Very clean. Lots of room for lots of people. And the garage is enormous! Could easily fit two if not three (if small) cars underneath there. Will definitely try to stay there again.

This unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very nice and roomy inside. Plenty of space for our large family. We were there during the off season and it was wonderful being on a private beach away from the bigger condos. Just a few steps and you’re on the beach enjoying the sand and water.

I surprised my wife for her 40th birthday by renting this beautiful home for the weekend for our family and her parents. The home is in a very friendly row of townhomes with many of the owners there full or part time. The home had everything we needed for a nice stay and our kids loved the beach! The garage has some beach toys from previous guests. The only "others" in terms of cleanliness are as follows: 1) I found a half-drank bottle of Coke under the master bed, 2) the curtains in the master bedroom look stained from standing water, 3) the baseboards needed a bit of cleaning, and 4) the plastic wine glasses had a sticky film on them and smelled pretty bad (I dumped out my wine and used a regular glass). That being said, the property overall was AMAZING and we'd love to come back--so much so that my wife wants to buy a townhome in the same complex!

Absolutely amazing property and amazing location!! We stayed here for our daughter's birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. Pictures don't do this property justice. If we ever come back to Pensacola Beach, I'd love to stay here again!

House was very well equipped for preparing meals. Plenty of sheets/towels. There were a few items left behind from previous renters - housekeeping could have been better. Decks on front of house had no furniture. Kitchen photo a bit misleading, as it is smaller than we anticipated. Location is ideal. Very comfortable stay.

The pictures online looked great, but when we actually walked in and saw it in person… WOW! It was by far one of the nicest beachfront townhomes at white sands we have ever stayed at. The main living area is spacious and the furniture was very comfortable. The bar with all of the seating was well received by all at meal time. The beds were very comfortable. We had someone in every bed including the two bunk beds and no complaints from anyone. We will definitely be staying here again next year! 12 out of 10. Grey F

It’s everything just as pictured and more, super close to the beautiful white sand and beach, we were 7 adults and 2 children (1 & 3 yrs), we enjoyed the outdoor 2nd floor deck & seating/rockers morning for coffee/bkfst, noon when taking a break from the sun, and again in the evening after our day at the beach to enjoy drinks, the condo is well equipped and the owner/manager is very response when I had a question, plenty of room for an even larger group to sit & visit in living room and sleeping space, we fit 2 suvs in the garage and had 2 other parking spots dedicated for our townhome rental, there are only 5 units total in this building so we had space on the beach between us & other beach goers, beds were comfy, AC easily cooled the townhome our whole time here (I’ve been in other places where the air conditioner can’t keep up during the heat), bottom/first floor deck with water hose made it nice to rinse off as well as leave beach toys, cool cabana, and chairs so that sand was not tracked in easily, third floor has showers only in both bathrooms, second-floor bathroom has shower and tub, highly recommend this location

My husband and our kids and spouses stayed. There were 13 of us and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep for once! The photos were accurate, the location quiet and close to everything. We loved it and would definitely recommend.

Great room and plenty of seating in common areas for our group of 10. Need to bring everything as far as spices and condiments, trash bags, cleaning spray for counter tops, bathroom tissue and paper towels. Kitchen is only stocked with cookware. If you want to bake muffins bring your own pan. No ceiling fan in bedroom on second floor and got really hot the first two night until our air was repaired. Outdoor furniture was also upgraded during our stay. Overall great place, beautiful beaches, and very pleased that hall bunks were full size and teenagers were comfortable sleeping there.

This is our second time staying here. We love the location, the unit, the decor. Plan on staying again. Recommend ceiling fans in the bedrooms and keyless entry.
